Latitudes Bar and Grill

Very disappointed. Portion size tiny for the price. Ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer for $17 and only received 5 shrimp. Maybe they should tell folks it's half of an app - haha! Ordered the Latitudes Pasta as the main dish, it was very bland. Total bill before tip was $40! Will never be back.

Love this. Always attentive staff, great food, and a friendly atmosphere.

Gave this spot a try and we like it! Spicy tuna roll..good. Coconut shrimp...good (but overpriced). Jerk chicken pot pie..good (but a bit small). Burger was smaller than the bun and a bit overcooked...that said, it was delicious! Fun island theme and the reggae music is great! We look forward to coming back;)

This place is so quaint! Food is absolutely delicious and I like the intimate feel inside. Try the BBQ sandwich on their main menu, it's made in-house. Enjoy!

Subject: Concern About Food Safety and Declining Service

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing to express serious concern about the experience my brother and I had at your restaurant recently. My brother ordered a burger that was so undercooked it was visibly pink inside. He has stomach issues, and unfortunately, he became physically ill shortly after we left. We showed the staff how undercooked it was, and while they did remake the burger, the damage was already done.

As regular customers, we’ve noticed a significant decline—not just in food quality, but in the level of care and attention from the staff. The restaurant was nearly empty when we visited, and yet the service felt rushed and disengaged. It’s troubling to see that customer care and food safety don’t seem to be a priority anymore. That’s what keeps people coming back—and keeps businesses alive.

Frankly, my brother should not have been charged for a meal that made him sick. It reflects poorly on the management and culture of a place we once supported. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, because if things don’t change, I’m afraid your business won’t last much longer—and that’s unfortunate for everyone involved.

Strip mall dining but very nice. Enjoyed the outdoors seating. Service & food both good. Nice for kids. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious.

Completely terrible experience both times we ordered Door Dash from them. The first time we order it was wrong. We ate it but it wasn't what we ordered. The second time, I was not given the correct order. I called them to ask for a refund and was met with subpar service from all three employees whom I spoke with. The woman who answered the phone told me, twice, that my concern was above her pay grade. The manager on duty was completely unable to help me and requested that I wait until his manager got there. His manager (possibly the owner but I am unsure of this) did not want to hear my concerns and dismissed my reports of terrible service I received from his staff. The manager didn’t apologize for any of the errors. After over an hour of this the manager told me I had to contact Door Dash. The MOD should have been able to tell me this. Poor, poor management and poor training of staff.

Love this place and the people are really nice! Been going a day a every week for awhile now!! You really need to try the Strawberry pineapple upside down drink!!

Super salty soup I ask for half chicken salad sandwich on plain bread for replacement. After short time brought out cold chicken salad om thick hoagie bread I had ordered the lunch special but was charged 11.99 for sandwich I barely touched and side salad 3,99
My sister and brother couldn’t eat the super salty onion soup.
. Disappointing food etc. for us we had the lunch special on Saturday The side salad was ok
Would like to try something that’s not salty

We tried this place for the first time and ordered takeout. I ordered the jerk chicken pot pie and my wife ordered the latitude salad with mahi. On her salad she ordered cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots and they left all of that off but put in walnuts, which she didn’t order?? And my pot pie was served without any pie! It was just the mixture from the inside but no pastry. A total waste of money and needless to say we will not be giving them a second chance.

Since recently moving to Denver, we have visited Latitudes Bar and Grill twice and both times it was a great experience. We have had the same server both times and she has been wonderful. We have ordered the Watermelon Salad special, the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Everything has been delicious and we will continue to come back. Highly recommend Latitudes Bar and Grill!
