They can't get an order right? And whenever they do, you still gotta wait twenty minutes for them to make it.It's supposed to be fast food
I ordered from the kiosk (dumb idea on my part). my order came up wrong. when I said my order is wrong the drive thru lady said, "well that's what you put in the kiosk so that's your order" then walked away.
the kiosk is a horrible thing that I hate using. customer service here is shameful. never going back.
terrible customer service and very rude workers. never recommend. at the denver, nc location.
