When you go inside, the place is always dirty and none of the staff smiles or greets you. All of them act like they're being forced to be there. In drive thru, you get parked 90% of the time, even when picking up an online order that was placed 20 minutes prior. Literally every single burger i order has to be brought back inside to be made correctly, all I ask is no mustard and that seems to be impossible. The fries are always half empty. The burgers appear to have been assembled by a toddler whose motor skills are still developing. The cheese slices hang halfway off the burger, there is more ketchup in the wrapper/box than actually on the burger, and all toppings are stacked up in one place instead of actually spread across the burger. As expensive as McDonald's is becoming, the service and food quality should not be this bad.

Ive used this mcdonalds often as i eat fast food a lot. Unfortunately recently the experience has gone way down. I have been parked in the drive thru when there was no cars behind me, ive come thru later in the evening and the frosty machine is always down and when they offer an alternative its always something cheaper than what i paid. On top of that refunds arent easy on the app so thats a bust. But what bothers me the most is my fires are never full. The large is only filed like a med and its not like that at other mcdonalds. When i order a large fried i expect it to be above the front red flap, usually its enough to cover the back white flap of the fry holder. At this store it is never full and If they don't stop giving me half filled fries im just moving on to Wendy's.

Whatever the breakfast crew is doing, they are doing it right! Every time I get breakfast, which is a lot, the crew is friendly and energetic. My food is right every time, and it's the only McDonald's I know I can trust to get it right in the morning.

Never in my life can a restaurant mess up my order this bad I always order a plain hamburger if u don't know that means just buns and meat not everything on it and a 4 peice chicken nugget only getting 1 nugget like Come on u even trying and a small coke surprisingly got that right and also they seem to mix up ur order with others and charge u for stuff u never ordered I did not order a big Mac don't charge me for it. DONT COME HERE

Every McDonalds in the state of North Carolina has the McDonalds box but this one. Whoever owns this franchise is trying to rob people blind to fill their own pockets. I'd aviod going here. Your food always comes cold as well.
Curbside pickup for ONE HAPPY MEAL should not take 20+ minutes…& then they forget the toy and apples.. so let’s wait another 15 mins for those…🙄 like, c‘mom it’s not rocket science or brain surgery being performed here…! This has been my experience more than once. If you try to call they don’t answer their phones either.

Ordered a mcdouble meal, extra meat, extra cheese, extra onions, they forgot to add my patty and it took me a few bites to really pay attention, so I bring it up to a nearby associate, doesn't know what I even mean, so I follow her to the back. Another lady in a managers uniform comes up and asks what's wrong, I kindly explain, and she says she's going to get a manager. Alright. She comes back with an onion covered mcdouble patty in a 4pc nugget box 🤣 dude, just give me my dollar back if you're going to waste my time. No one asked me anything, I had the wheel the entire time, and apparently it upset someone enough to not talk to me and do that. I was nice. I was smiling. I'm sorry I do these customizations. 🤷🏼♂️ I'm hungry. This place is usually great. Connect with me. Please don't be short. At the end of this, GM came back with a receipt and cash refund for the burger. That was nice.
