I will never order from this location again they screw up the orders and then act like it's your fault instead of theirs and the managers are real jerks

Your app and the pandemic brought me back to mcdonalds... the general staff apathy and poor leadership/management pushed me away again. 2026 update. I will drive 20.minutes out of my way to avoid this mcDonalds. Do not go! Their food is awful! No quality control, no management. This place needs to be closed. Will be going to corporate tomorrow. Bet in it. Garbage franchise owner, garbage food, garbage staff.

I see all the negative comments about the employees at this location, but that was not my experience this morning (1/31/25) in the drive thru. The ladies at each window couldn’t have been friendlier! I got a HAPPY NEW YEAR! from both of them and they were very nice. My unsweet tea is usually messed up and I have to return it, but my order was accurate and fast. Maybe this location is turning a corner - so give them another try - or at least go in the morning when the nicest employees are working!

Very disappointed to say this is a local McDonald’s for us and we now drive almost 30 minutes to the next one just to avoid this one. Not to mention we ONLY ever eat French fries from this place.
The customers are always extremely kind and are the ones that make the environment somewhat decent. Specifically, the morning shift/workers are continuously just beyond miserable, they are rude, dismissive, and are never NOT shrugging off customers.
I DoorDash for one of my jobs and that is the only time that I have to come in here as I am forced at that point. Not only are they rude to customers, but then others that are working delivery services and picking up orders, including myself. This is about the fourth time now however, somebody picking up an order was waiting, and I saw their order sitting on the table. It took not only the man to ask three people and get looked at and ignored as they walked past him, but then myself, three women that I had to ask for help. It was only once I’ve raised my voice in disgust at this point that they went over, snatched the bag and threw it on the pick up counter for the man to get. Another man asked about a mobile pickup and a lady waddled her way past him waving her hands in the air yelling “NOT MY JOB”.
My problem personally is they continuously mark the DD orders ready for pick up, when the order is not ready to be picked up. I had an order to pick up on the hour and didn’t leave the store until 30 minutes later. It was 2 food items and 3 drinks. It said it was available to pick up which puts me and other Dashers behind on the app. It marks our pick up and delivery time as late. Our acceptance rate goes down, we lose money, and once we hit below a certain percentage, we then lose our jobs and get kicked from DoorDash.
The Night Shift is a little bit better. I have to say I’ve had pretty good experiences then. There’s one lady that works the morning shift as a manager I’m pretty sure or maybe not anymore, but she is certainly a problem.
I watched an older couple get dismissed and ignored at the counter all morning while waiting for my order to the point where they left. It doesn’t matter the age or ethnicity. These workers are just genuinely so rude to everyone and anyone that walks into the store’s location.
I’ve noticed some new people were hired and genuinely it’s still an issue. We live in a world and economy, where a little bit goes a very long way these days. Either the general manager does not care about any of these issues or if they do, they need to sit and have a very large meeting to discuss.
If you hate your job or you hate working with people, I am 100% sure people like myself would take your place and provide and excel within customer service and just genuinely being kind. People who do not like providing customer service should not be working within customer service. It is so frustrating, through making my point this morning, I had many people at the counter agreeing with me.
Between the reviews and in person complaints, I just think that this place needs complete reshaping remodeling and new employees entirely. I can come to this store and point out one specific man and one specific woman that are absolutely amazing. The rest of you I apologize (not really), but you should not be working here.
You are jeopardizing people’s jobs because you hate your own, and you are making people have a miserable experience when all they want is to come in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
At this point, I don’t know how this location is still running. 0 stars if I could.

Where’s the rest of my cheese burger..?
When you go inside, the place is always dirty and none of the staff smiles or greets you. All of them act like they're being forced to be there. In drive thru, you get parked 90% of the time, even when picking up an online order that was placed 20 minutes prior. Literally every single burger i order has to be brought back inside to be made correctly, all I ask is no mustard and that seems to be impossible. The fries are always half empty. The burgers appear to have been assembled by a toddler whose motor skills are still developing. The cheese slices hang halfway off the burger, there is more ketchup in the wrapper/box than actually on the burger, and all toppings are stacked up in one place instead of actually spread across the burger. As expensive as McDonald's is becoming, the service and food quality should not be this bad.

Ive used this mcdonalds often as i eat fast food a lot. Unfortunately recently the experience has gone way down. I have been parked in the drive thru when there was no cars behind me, ive come thru later in the evening and the frosty machine is always down and when they offer an alternative its always something cheaper than what i paid. On top of that refunds arent easy on the app so thats a bust. But what bothers me the most is my fires are never full. The large is only filed like a med and its not like that at other mcdonalds. When i order a large fried i expect it to be above the front red flap, usually its enough to cover the back white flap of the fry holder. At this store it is never full and If they don't stop giving me half filled fries im just moving on to Wendy's.

Whatever the breakfast crew is doing, they are doing it right! Every time I get breakfast, which is a lot, the crew is friendly and energetic. My food is right every time, and it's the only McDonald's I know I can trust to get it right in the morning.

Place is always clean. Prices are great and food is always fresh. Never had an ice cream machine outages. Employees are always nice and energetic
