Another lady in a managers uniform comes up and asks what's wrong, I kindly explain, and she says she's going to get a manager. Alright. She comes back with an onion covered mcdouble patty in a 4pc nugget box 𤣠dude, just give me my dollar back if you're going to waste my time. No one asked me anything, I had the wheel the entire time, and apparently it upset someone enough to not talk to me and do that. I was nice. I was smiling. I'm sorry I do these customizations. đ¤ˇđźââď¸ I'm hungry. This place is usually great. Connect with me. Please don't be short. At the end of this, GM came back with a receipt and cash refund for the burger. That was nice.

Server did not said anything to us, just brought food and thatâs it. No âenjoy your mealâ, no âHello or Hiâ. They didnât give any napkins and forgot to bring a drink. When I come to get my, I friendly asked where my drink is. Employee didnât say âsorryâ or anything, she just brought a cup to me and rolled her eyes. My burger looks like a salad and the meat was falling out of the box. Fries are bitter which means oil is old.

Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich got a regular in the spicy chicken bag and even forgot to put whipped cream on my caramel frappe yall need some better workers over there or something because how can you not get a simple order right I didnt even ask for anything extra just the regular meal like what and I cant even get a refund for it. I would also add a picture but it wont let me for some reason

The manager is rude and should be fired sadly when the drink was ordered as fountain drink but cashier writes water she the manager accused me of stealing. Then yells at the cashier too. Rude unprofessional and no one to contact regarding this business. Not likely to return.

Today, I was coming to McDonaldâs to get something on a deal that was pinging on my phone in getting a double cheeseburger for 50 cents (huge deal if anything), but when I stepped into the store, another customer before me was being a fiasco and verbally harassing the staff over the kiosk not working. Now many time Iâve come to this restaurant, that specific kiosk has been closed for quite sometime, and I even knew he shouldâve went to the other one so he can get his lunch. Which he didnât do. He was out of line and out of character and it was just awful. But the staff handled that perfectly to the letter. I work at customer service at Loweâs next to them and dealt with things similar to this but this situation was out of hand and Iâm glad they handled it very well. From the managers all the way to the employees, theyâve done exceptionally well. I hope this staff stays healthy and happy throughout the year and into next year. Cause theyâve done a fantastic job. This world needs more professionals like these young men and women Iâve seen and experienced today.
