Today, I was coming to McDonald’s to get something on a deal that was pinging on my phone in getting a double cheeseburger for 50 cents (huge deal if anything), but when I stepped into the store, another customer before me was being a fiasco and verbally harassing the staff over the kiosk not working. Now many time I’ve come to this restaurant, that specific kiosk has been closed for quite sometime, and I even knew he should’ve went to the other one so he can get his lunch. Which he didn’t do. He was out of line and out of character and it was just awful. But the staff handled that perfectly to the letter. I work at customer service at Lowe’s next to them and dealt with things similar to this but this situation was out of hand and I’m glad they handled it very well. From the managers all the way to the employees, they’ve done exceptionally well. I hope this staff stays healthy and happy throughout the year and into next year. Cause they’ve done a fantastic job. This world needs more professionals like these young men and women I’ve seen and experienced today.

DO NOT DINE IN HERE. Unless you want to be ignored, felt to be a nuisance, need to order from a kiosk, without receipts paper, then to have to WAIT 30-40++ minutes for your food or to simply be acknowledged do not dine in here. If you do make sure you sit near a window facing the drive thru so you can count the 50++ cars roll through. This place simply does not want diners dining in. If you want to dine in, go through drive through then park and walk in.
My children really enjoy sitting in and eating but never again will we do this one. I’ve held off on previous occasions feeling the same way but after this morning no more and you need to know.
If you are dining in, go anywhere but here.

I usually have no complains about this mcdonald’s as i usually only get fries and drinks, but tonight me and my boyfriend decided to get dinner from here. i specifically told them NO CHEESE as he has a dairy allergy. traveled all the way home (15 minute ride) to discover BOTH his burgers had cheese on them. so, we traveled back and got replacements and as a “apology” they gave us pumpkin CRÈME pies. crème as in dairy. i’m not sure if they were just having a rough shift but it seemed the common sense went out the window when giving us something to make up for it.
Dietary restrictions: He’s Lactose Intolerant. which means no dairy of any kind. but i suppose pumpkin crème was dairy free in their mind.

Everytime I go in to the McDonald’s on 16/73 in Denver n.c they always mess my order up I ask for extra onions and they don’t put any on it how hard is it to look and read a screen and pay attention to what your doing. So what that being said I they I just be reimbursed or a free 1-2 meals cause they can’t do there job right

I went in to use the bathroom because I was traveling again. I decided to order a sweet tea and some fries. Cost $5.69. Large tea small fries. Just the walk to my car and the fries were cold. But this McDonald’s does has something great going for it. The best grass ever. If you are traveling with your dogs it would be a great place to stop. Plenty of grass away from the road. I usually have two dogs with me and I notice things like this. That’s why I’m giving them a 4 and atmosphere a 5. I was the only person inside and I had to wait on an employee on break to go get someone to take my order. That was why service got a two.

This place is nice and very clean. The service was really fast, and we enjoyed our food while my nephews were able to watch funny videos on the tv.
