This was my first time here. We took my mother here for her birthday yesterday and we had a terrible experience. We were seated under a dripping air conditioner. Water was dripping all over my menu and me. The waitress we had was very nice and said she would get us another table. While moving our things to another table another waitress approached my brother-in-law asked what he was doing and who gave him permission to move. Like he told her you’re not our waitress and it’s none of your business. Now once we moved to better seating our food came. A few people at our table needed some condiments our waitress was busy so we stopped another waitress and she had a very bad attitude. My thing is this if you don’t won’t to serve a family of color then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business period. We have decided this will be our first and last experience with this restaurant.

They charged us an extra $2 to get our wings crispy and then told us that if we had said extra well done that it would not have been a charge. And yes, you read that right. For us we wouldn't return just out of principle. Just raise your price if you need to but don't put shady charges that your wait staff can't even explain.
This place is huge. Lots of TVs for watching sports. Large bar with pretty beer selection including big brands and some craft stuff. Ribs were good and very tender. A bit heavy on the sauce for us. Sundries Pasta was really good. All the food looked good. Lots of variety. Don't expect amazing, but nice family atmosphere with good food. Also, nice outdoor eating area when the weather is nice.Parking: Large parking lot but this place stays pretty busy so lot is often crowded. You might not park right by the door.

We have never had a bad meal. Always satisfied with flavor, portion sizes. The burgers are outstanding. I wanted my cheeseburger on rye w/grilled onions. “No problem”. Seating arrangements, food & service were excellent!Welcoming & comfortable atmosphereVegetarian options: Midtown offers a large selection of “sides” that can be combined to offer a substantial meal. Salads are very large & satisfying. They are more than willing to substitute, create menu items for customer satisfaction.Parking: Adequate parking for the facilityKid-friendliness: Always tons of kids of all ages & dispositions. Servers handle the kiddos really well.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get to upper level
