I had total hip replacement on my left hip on Wednesday. The only thing I've wanted was a bagel since then. Ever recently moved to this side of town. Didn't know if I could get fresh bagels but I had been told about this place. My kids just went and got Baker's dozen. Oh my God where have these bagels been my whole life. I've traveled the entire East Coast. I've spent a considerable of time in Jersey and Philly in New York and these bagels are better in every way.

They are a real bagel shop with all the stuff to make it one. The bagels and cream cheese is excellent and consistent. Nova is also top notch. Employing many local kids and it is an organized and efficient business. Looking forward to eating lunch as this was a take out.

I called the facility 9x to place an to go order and no one ever answered. Then we went in the facility to order out and with 5 people working, NOT one employee stopped to take an order for 5 minutes. There was no line behind us. TERRIBLE customer service.
