I called the facility 9x to place an to go order and no one ever answered. Then we went in the facility to order out and with 5 people working, NOT one employee stopped to take an order for 5 minutes. There was no line behind us. TERRIBLE customer service.

The food here is incredible and the staff is equally so. By far the best bagels/breakfast sandwiches in the area, and even rivals some of my favorite spots in NYC.

Yesteryear, it was Bagel bin in Huntersville. Before my brother's Bagels existed, Bagel bin was the place to get your real authentic bagels. Since then, the bagel bin went by the wayside and emerged my brothers bagels. I don't know who's behind it, but they are doing a fantastic job of bringing you real authentic bagels. When I moved down here in 93, no one knew what a bagel was. Now, Bagels popped up all over the place, but I think my brother's Bagels has it locked down. The young people who work there deserve a lot of credit. They could be out doing something negative or not working at all or giving their parents heartache. They're here in the store early hours hustling, making an honest dollar. That's where the true credit goes . We need to thank whoever is behind my brother's bagels for bringing us a good product but also bringing young people to the workforce that I truly make an impression on the older folks. Keep it up with the bagels and keep up a positive lifestyle. Young people, you are doing great. This is David from AB Drywall and two things I know, good bagels and good young people in the workforce. Thank him when I see them next time you're in my brother's Bagels. It will make that day

Being from NYC I can attest to the authenticity of the products. When you see Salt Pepper and Ketchup on a BEC you know it pure New York. Bagels are great but a little pricy. I usually go to Birmingham to Crestline and buy NY bagels at $19/ doz. That's high. $24 at Brothers is very high. I'm a customer that usually buys by the dozen but I can't afford $24 / dozen more than once a month. But I hope you guys kill it!!!!
Good luck and keep making NY proud.

Parking: Difficult to get in and out of the lot.

The pros- The food here is unreal. You will not find a better bagel in NC. Being from Long Island, which are the best bagels in the country, this place will hold with some of the top places on Long Island. The staff is super friendly and always working hard.

The cons- With 6 people working the front and everyone working hard, their service system needs to be refined. There shouldn’t be a reason that 6 people are working and you are 5 deep in line and it takes 15 mins just to order. That’s 11am on a weekday. Don’t even bother going on a Saturday. The reason for this is they have one person that handles everything from taking the order, to making it, to serving it to you. Wasting time with putting on gloves, waiting for things to cook or toast and constantly working around each other. It’s doing them no favors at all. There should be one person on the grill, one making sandwiches/slicing meat, one person making bagels and 2 people taking orders.

It’s well worth the wait, but many times I am there, there really shouldn’t be a wait. So many people walk out the door while in line cuz it’s just not moving. If they can refine their method of serving customers, they’d get people in and out faster, which in turn will cause more business and happier customers.

The best bagels near Charlotte! My husband and I moved down to NC from NYC earlier this year and these bagels taste like home. Service was great and our food came out quickly. Will definitely be coming back.
