This Panera Bread is outstanding. I was genuinely blown away by how clean and well-maintained the entire café was during my visit. Everything in the cafe from the dining area to the drink station was spotless.
The café crew was phenomenal and full of energy. Even during a busy time, they stayed upbeat, efficient, and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it creates a positive atmosphere.
A special shoutout to Debbie, the manager. Her leadership shows in the cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the store.

There was a hair on my soup 🤢
I was honestly surprised by how good this visit was. I had read a lot of negative reviews and was hesitant, but my daughter really wanted to eat here and I’m glad I listened to her.
The staff was fantastic. Funny, engaging, and genuinely happy to be there. You could feel the positive energy right away, and our food came out quickly.
I had the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack and it was delicious. My daughter got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a bread bowl and loved it. Everything was fresh, hot, and well made.
Given the recent reviews, I don’t know if this location has new management or ownership, but whatever they’re doing now is working. Great service, great food, and a really pleasant experience overall.

Had an amazing experience at this Denver Panera Bread location! Great customer service, and the cashiers in drive thru were very patient with us as we were deciding our order. I work as a customer service manager at another restaurant, and really appreciate this kind of service!

I am not a person who always do reviews for some business, but today I need to write. I love this location. The foods are fresh. The coffee is amazing. I love all the peoples who working here except one lady I do believe she is a manager. The black and tiny lady ( I am not racist). She always unhappy with the services. I paid for my goods but she made me feel like she gave it to me for free. She didn’t even said Hello or Thank you. If you are not happy with your job you can quit.
You guys can check the camera and will find out it’s true or not.
I will not coming back or at least I will coming in the morning to not see her.

This review applies to the entire chain. But many and myself have noticed a major decline in quality. Panera definitely use to taste fresher. Now it’s more like a fast food place. Stuff I use to get just doesn’t taste the same. I would feel sick after eating Panera so I learned how to make broccoli cheddar soup at home and that doesn’t happen anymore. I can’t think of something on their menu that would be worth paying because I could just make it at home and not feel sick after. Businesses thrive when the consumer is happy. All the cutting corners going on actually does not make more money.

They’ve been out of bread bowls for a month, today they finally had them. This is the bread bowl I got. That is NOT a bowl, that’s just a roll. This is like half of a bread bowl but I had to pay full price. You can’t be charging $15 for soup and then be ok serving this. Not going back any time soon.

Got food poisoning after eating dinner there. Had a chicken salad sandwich and a salad. Not sure which it came from but won't be back also my husband's grilled cheese was absolutely disgusting. Soggy bread didn't even look fully cooked
My wife wanted her sandwich on a croissant but they would not sell it to her. To be clear they had croissants and the ingredients for the sandwich, the employee would not sell her the croissant because they did not have a button on the pos to ring it up. When we inquired the manager said he was just enforcing the rules. As expensive as Panera is, they should be more than willing to meet the customers request if they have the items in house. Really bad customer service!!

I completed an online order rapid pick up drive-thru order. I got to the drive-thru speaker. The girl said it’s rapid pick up so you can’t pick it up in drive thru. She said you gotta pick it up in the café. Cool, I sat in the drive-thru line for a good 10 minutes and got to the drive-thru window. I asked, I’m sure the order is be ready by now right?” She replied..”Yes, but I’m not allowed to give it to you through the drive-thru.” That’s strange because on my app it shows you can pick it up in the drive-thru or in the café. I went and parked, walked in and the same girl who met me at the drive-thru met me about three steps away from the drive thru window to give me 2 cups for my order and my order. 🙄

They hire senior citizens which is great; however, to have someone who can’t hear properly, or understand, taking food orders doesn’t make good sense. I asked for 2 of the same exact meal, repeated the order to him upon request, and he entered 2 different meals unknowingly to me. When we got the incorrect food the manager on duty had little care. They just kept making other orders and had us wait till they finished the others behind us to fix ours! No care or apologies for wasting our limited lunch time. I will not return to this location.

Took 15 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. Took three attempts to get my order correct. Maybe just a bad day.
