Five staff members standing around chatting and looking at their phones not working... one poor guy finally started making our order a few minutes after placing. No sense of urgency from anyone at this location...heavy sigh. One of the ladies just declared that a customer left a big stack napkins behind that she has to throw aways and then muttered she hates people. What a great Panera experience.

My husband and I buy here several time and the same order, and this last weekend was a poor sandwich with a wait of more than 15 min on the drive-true! I even have the time to walk to Starbucks order drinks, come back and still waiting!!!! If I didn’t went inside and ask for my order I will never got it ! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

The food is good but an absolute rip off. Ordered a $7 bowl of Mac and cheese and THIS is what my brothers meal was for dinner. This is the portion of a side for the price of a meal. Ridiculous, man.

Gross! I went in for a muffin or bagel and there were bugs flying around in the food so I left.
Ate a soup and salad combo. Both were good portion sizes. Food tasted fresh and warm. Customer service representative was friendly and super patient while I had questions. He provided suggestions on a few of his favorite menu items, offered me water while I dined-in. Food came out very quickly!! Zero complaints - don’t let the other negative reviews stop you, I almost did and I’m glad I came instead.
