Performance Food Prep is hands down the best meal prep company I have ever tried! Their food is always incredibly fresh, and everything I’ve ordered has been absolutely delicious. Since I started using their meals on January 6th, I’ve already lost 10 pounds! Their meals make eating healthy so much easier and more enjoyable. I picked up my meals Tuesday! So far I’ve tried 3/4 that I ordered! They have all been delicious! Its made lunches a breeze! The Parmesan crusted salmon is phenomenal. Pricing is great considering you’re not buying the ingredients nor having to make the meals yourself! Definitely worth the convenience.

Rob catered a 150 person fundraiser for our baseball team and it was perfect. Smoked butts, mac & cheese, baked beans and cornbread biscuits. This event raised a lot of money and Rob’s perfect service was a large part of that success. I also regularly eat his prep meals and they never disappoint.

Performance Food Prep is a great addition to Denver! Every meal or bunk item I have purchased is delicious. The meats are tender and seasoned perfectly and the veggies are tender but still have a slight crisp. I buy the bunk chicken and make salads, quesadillas and wraps. Rob has saved me so much time and it’s very affordable.

Super easy ordering and pick up, too. I love the chicken salad, steak bites and the veggies (zucchini and squash - yum!) are fantastic! I bought bulk meats and veggies for quick meals after kids’ sports and they also love it. I love that they’re getting fresh, healthy meals, too on the table quickly with our busy schedules.
