Went here for the first time and 100% got food poisoning from the sushi. 3 days of hell and still no end in sight. Help.

I have always spent my money at this place because the food is probably one of the best around. That ends today. We frequently buy here throughout the year, and every year we traditionally order take out here to do Christmas with my brothers family. I picked up my take out order today which was over 100$, got home and we were missing some things from our order. My sister in law went back up there, and called them on the way to notify them of the mixup. They almost immediately went on the defensive saying it was in the bags and kept telling us to check the bags, the same bags that 4 adults have done inventory on. But then my sister in law gets there and they still tried to give her a hard time. I’m not sure if the “I’m going to get free food today” crowd has been beating up the Asian restaurants lately but we just wanted what we paid for without the extra stuff and belittling. Not sure my money will be good enough for this place any longer.

We order this to go every now and then when we have a craving, and everything we order is just kinda bland. The fried rice has no flavor, the veggies are undercooked and flavorless, and any chicken i order tastes like it came frozen in a box that was left in the freezer a bit too long. Also, a smile from the staff every once in a while would be nice.

Best Chinese in the area! Food is always fresh and hot.Fried rice is real fried rice, not the typical yellow rice some places serve. You will not be disappointed.

We eat here several times a month. The food is always great. Normally the takeout service is on time and great. Today we called in and order and were told 30 minutes because they were busy. I arrived 45 minutes after completing the call. When I asked how long it would be the lady in charge said another 20 minutes. When I asked why, she actually raised her voice, yelling at me, saying they’re doing the best they can. I told her to cancel the order and I will never be back. Another guy in front of me also canceled his order and got a refund because he had been waiting for over an hour. Don’t tell people it’s a 30 minute wait when it’s over an hour. Be honest. Let us choose to wait or go somewhere else. I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but you earned it tonight with your lack of service. You just lost a customer.

Bento box went crazyyyy. 10/10. Totally shocked it came with soup and salad. Hubby and I ordered through DoorDash and everything was hot and fresh! Highly recommend.

We've been getting takeout from this restaurant for a long time. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we happily make the hour-long round trip because their food is authentic and delicious. Plus, they always give us free warm donuts, which is such a nice touch!!
Absolutely disgusting!! 🤮 And the lady that took my order made the experience much worse with her rudeness and lack of customer service! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!! If I could give a 0 I would! I ordered the shrimp fried rice.. the shrimp tasted boiled and undone and the rice tasted boiled and had absolutely NO flavor (not even with soy sauce!!) My rice was clearly not fried.. it lacked everything and this place just needs to close for business!! Especially if they keep the rude lady at the counter!!

I was passing through denver and stopped here for takout. They have the best hibachi chiken and fried rice!!! ...Fresh ingredients, great flavor, great service, and good portions.

4.5 stars. A LARGE variety of food, if you can't find something that you like here, then you probably shouldn't be going to Asian restaurants, because they have plenty to choose from here and it's all delicious. I'm not a sushi fan, but my wife and kids are and they love the sushi here as well.

Our first visit here, and it will be our last. As other reviewers mentioned, there is absolutely no sense of welcome. The older lady working here is shockingly rude, making the entire experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. Her attitude taints what could have been a good outing. We won’t be returning.
