Should have read other reviews before going inside.It is fast Mexican food at sit down restaurant prices. The quality is just not there.The burrito shell is put in and out of heater without heating. Cold, damp and doughy.The counters and protective glass are cloudy and positioned so that one cannot clearly see the proteins. Went with chicken because it is hard to screw up and the other meats were not looking impressive.Fresh pico just as burrito got pushed to that station. The pico was flavorful other than that the flavors were nothing to write home about….(or write a review about. lol)Probably should have eaten at home….Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out for wheelchair…however don’t expect to see into food prep area in a wheelchair.

The tacos were okay, but my complaint is that the chicken was burnt. The guacamole was actually quite good, and the chips are my favorite kind: paper thin! You also literally get a large bag of chips if you order people behind the counter were friendly. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, but we were driving through the area and wanted something that could be healthy and fast.

This correspondence is to give feedback on my most recent experience at your restaurant located in Denver,NC. The customer service was subpar. The manager was rude and engaged in argumentative behavior with a customer , whom was discussing pricing with someone on the phone. She continued to berate the customer with a smirk. And lastly , the food presentation was poor
Can't go wrong with fresh food. I usually get chicken nachos decked out with all the goodies and, of course, some queso. The place was clean and the food was good. Staff was also very friendly.Parking: The parking lot is in a shopping center, so it's not usually an issue.

So excited to try this place because I’m a huge Chipotle fan but don’t like the drive. But this was terrible. Everything was bland, the chicken was burnt. Nothing had flavor. The rice was semi hard. Goodness I was so disappointed and will not be going back. My husband and I couldn’t even finish our food and fed it to the dogs because it was just terrible. same price as chipotle but way worse.
