I’ve always had a great experiences till this morning. I had the most rude staff member who seemed to be in her mid/late 20’s who just had to have an attitude when i asked a question.

Is almost like if you don't give them a tip.They don't make your coffee worth drinking... been here multiple times and every time it doesn't taste like any of the other starbucks that i've been to.I don't know if the employees aren't trained right or if they just don't care about their customers being satisfied.But it just almost seems like it's because they're not getting a tip.They don't want to make you happy.If they're not getting a tip, but they're getting paid by hours.So I don't understand why they would need a tip in the drive thru.

The ppl are wonderful. I never know the names of my drinks I order. I just tell them what I like and it comes out perfect everytime! The employee's are always patient, nice, and friendly! Always nice and cool inside. Perfect if you would like to enjoy a hot or cold drink while escaping the heat. Love ❤️ this place!

Who doesn’t like Starbis? LOL, that’s what my family and I call it. Our favorite drink is the Oat milk Matcha Latte and to us, the BEST treat is the Cream Cheese Danish and yes I would like that heated up.

They didn't know how to properly make a cold brew coffee. They didn't offer to make it correctly and the supervisor lied saying the recipe had changed. I told her I get the same cold brew every single day and unless it changed overnight, that isn't a true statement. There were three people working at the time with one other customer besides myself and WOW! Lazy is all I can say.

I have been in line waiting for 1 drink for 22 minutes....this is unbelievable. Its like this EVERY single time almost..and I come daily. Getting ridiculous.
Literally there is an employee at this store that makes my drink wrong every single time she’s working. I love Starbucks, but the lack of attention to detail at this store is frustrating.

The ladies at this Starbucks were wonderful! A car had issued in the drive through. They worked to get everyone backed out! With sweet smiles & a wonderful attitude! Above & beyond wonderful customer service!
