This was a total disaster, bread was dry and old, the extra ham I paid for was missing, salad was forgotten to be made, and then they wanted to be paid for my online order that was already paid for. The person in charge of this store needs to get training and learn how to train his or her staff. Sandwich making is not rocket science, reading an order is not brain surgery, so please get your act together.
And who is in charge of restocking? Is it so difficult to have all cheeses available that your menu offers?? Just a very sloppy and bad example of this franchise.
Staff was rude, and they charged us for the wrong things. We've been served by the same two people before and they were rude both times. The guy that checked us out didn't even wait for the food to get done, charges us for the wrong things then couldn't remember checking us out when he was asked by the other employee. They were also bullying another employee who was staying over time. The staff looked like they were all adults, they shouldn't be acting like 16 year olds. This subway used to be so much better.
Jayden Dellinger lit up the room as soon as we walked in and even checked in on us to make shure our meal was perfect. Would highly recommend even if Jayden is working.
It's a great subway the staff is friendly.. the boss Freda is a great lady.. if anything is wrong they always fix it or try to make things the best they can just all around great place an great staff..

Ordered online, there was two, other one was supposed to have extra pickles, no cheese, had cheese but it was a clump on the side of the sandwich, no pickles. This one was supposed to be toasted, had to come home and do it myself. Whoever was working in there around 10:00 on January 25, doesn't know how to do their job or provide good costumer service.
Edit: Called up there, manager had a attitude, absolutely will not be back, recommend to stay far far far away from this place.
The lettuce was brown. I told the girl that the lettuce didn't look good and she said didn't know why because they just took it out of the refrigerator. They had no banana peppers or jalapeños.
Ordered through door dash. Last 2 times, I've ordered, they messed up our toppings. We ordered tonight and one sub had way too much mayo (like a child squirting way too much) probably my last time ordering from here at night anyway. Never have issues during the day.
The old lady manager was rude yelling at me in front of customers all because I told her I didn't like being lied to because they looked over my order. I've never had any issues with this subway until today and I use to order from this subway once a week I even told her she was being rude and I didn't like that and she kept going on
Always good and fast. But last time I ordered online literally every sandwich was wrong. Wrong meats, toasted when they went supposed to be, black olives were on every sandwich when they were only supposed to be on 1. Total incompetence

so when I made my sub I got a chicken bacon ranch I asked please put bacon on top of Hesse she said yeah I know how to do it that how I normally do it. then she straight but put the cheese on top on the bacon and toasted it. when I said something about it she had an attitude. when I sat down to est eh she's talking blcrap tot the customer behind me in line saying he's bacon looks good to me and laughing. then the manager is an older lady she is always rude and hateful. def recommend driving to the other end of denver to eat!!

My BMT was given as a BLT with pepper, which I didn't realize until after I ate half of it. I'm allergic to pepper. I noticed there was only bacon at first, so I didn't mind too much, but then I noticed the pepper....and I got concerned. After taking Benadryl and not eating the other half, luckily I'm fine, but y'all really could've messed me up if I would've kept eating that sub. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from the Subway in Denver for a looooong time, if ever again.

Normally this place is spot on. Tall dude with the blonde hair absolutely destroys at sandwich making. Another person there was in charge of cutting my sandwich & since they have that glass, I couldn’t tell if it was cut or not. I get back to my house & open it, it’s not cut all the way.
Came in and stood at the counter and lady walked back and forth and never even said anything at all. We stood there for over 5 minutes until another person came out and finally said something. Everyone we come here we have horrible service, bread is old and crunchy just not good food and we love subway! Won’t be coming back!
