I visited this Subway today for lunch and the entire store was really dirty. The glass where the food is does not look like it has been cleaned in the last 3 months. I did not get a drink due to worrying if the machines had been cleaned properly. The owner really needs to get their store cleaned thoroughly.

The past two times I went to this Subway it was disappointing. Not one employee said hello, asked me if I was ready to order, no one even smiled. I stood at the counter and waited while they did busy work, not sure what. The guy finally walked over and stood in front of me and looked at me. I asked him if he was ready for my order and he finally spoke the words "go ahead ". Needless to say that's how the rest of my time there went. Before I paid I asked him if I could get a churro? The new sidekick with cinnamon and sugar. He said he didn't know and told the guy next to him that was busy making a sandwich and a pizza already to go see if there were any while he stood at the register doing nothing. Very odd. It was an uncomfortable and basically a depressing visit to a place I looked forward to going to at one time. A few months ago there were people there that said Welcome to Subway, how are you today, everyone talked to everyone and wanted you to leave happy. I won't be going back. My previous visit was worse than this one.

Your Neighborhood kiddos

We ordered online. Everyone is super friendly but my sandwich had wayyy to much pepper. It was not edible and there was barely any mayonnaise. If they would have put as much mayonnaise as they did pepper I would have been happy. So please do not dump pepper on sandwiches. Luckily for me, I was able to rake off most of it.

Good food but to expensive, and we just placed a online order or mobile app order and my meatball Sub was not hot and it didn't have the American cheese or Parmesan cheese on it.

Very poor service the food sucks they don’t know how make the subs. The rolls are hard and they only put in 3 pieces of meat in them.

The two stars is only because the girl was trying, other wise would be a zero. The guy that was supposed to be helping her was a tool. Not only had she pumped out 7 orders in the time it took him to go to the store for meatballs, but he then said he was late because he had been offered a job. He RINSED off his hands and threw some gloves on, did some stuff behind the wall and came out to make sandwiches. What I got was a salty and peppery mayonnaise with a hint of meat and veggies. ? he kept trying to talk about his new offer, while the poor girl that had been struggling to get through. As for the girl, she needs to know customer should never be aware of the issues, we watch, we know. The guy, obviously can go. He can’t make a wrap, let alone wash his hands, or have an idea how to perform in-front of people. I was so hungry, I chose to continue, but feeling sickly now…I’ve been going here for three years… what has happen? My last three visits have felt as if this location has been ignored and left to struggle.

I try to eat subway at least one time per month. The manager is wonderful, she takes care of customers going above and beyond what is expected. Great care is taken, making sure the sandwich is to your liking. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service with a smile, and good food. Thank you subway in Denver NC and Lincolnton NC. Keep up the good work!Vegetarian options: It's a great way to for a picky eater to find something. It's a salad ? on a sandwich! with all the toppings. Way to go!
