Went through the drive thru..food was fast and hot! Just needed the cashier at the speaker to speak more slowly and clearly...had a hard time understanding the cashier..overall a good experience...

Watched them get like 5 peoples orders wrong after I did the self checkout and paid. Don't like the fact I can't get a physical receipt and it takes 15 mins to get 2 burritos.

I placed a moible order. Upon entering the store, there was no one behind the counter to welcome you to the store. I waited patiently, knowing that I had already ordered. There was an older gentleman who was standing at the counter waiting to order. After around 6 minutes of waiting, we received our food. At this point, the gentleman asked, "How do I order my food?" Very rudely, the employee says I'll get to you when get a minute. The guy looked confused, and I was in shock , oo. The gentleman decided that he would go elsewhere. I do not plan on returning to this location. What has happened to customer service? It's like if you didn't order via the app or kiosk , hey didn't have time for the customer.

I was traveling from Charlotte to Hickory yesterday and stopped by this Taco Bell for a Late lunch, around 330pm. I was Beyond impressed with this store — so much so that I just had to leave a review. :-) The food prep was super fast (yes, they weren’t busy), but Daniel made me the BEST Doritos Locos taco I have had in ages! I actually went back for a second, lol, although his shift had ended by then. He substituted beans per my request, no broken or messy shell, and he used the proper amount of lettuce and cheese (I worked TB many years ago, and there are standards). He and the other staff were friendly and helpful. Most notably, the Entire dining room was immaculately Clean, including the drink machine area, the sauce/napkin station was fully stocked and neatly organized, safety practices were actively in place, and the staff checked the dining room tables after customers left. This is also a newer TB with modernized architecture and hip features, just fantastic (pic attached). Before I left, I asked the lady for [Daniel’s] name and thanked her and the other two ladies for such wonderful service, and I said, “I wish y’all were in Hickory! Our store up there is a train wreck, has been for years; we could never find good help.” Anyways, I felt this review was highly warranted, because you guys go above and beyond in service, seem to care about your job and your customers, and really do your best to take care them. Thanks again! Keep up the good work!

The store opens at 8am to start serving breakfast, which is a pretty late start. I do like their breakfast Crunchwraps and am rarely heading out around 8am, so I look forward to getting a Crunchwrap occasionally. This has been twice that they don’t open on time. Talked with the manager on shift and she did apologize but nothing else. She just expressed excuses of opening late due to a poorly ran store.

I have never met slower workers... When visiting this establishment, you have to wait at least 5 minutes for them to pay attention to you and ask what I need, you just stand there and wait for them to do it. This is extremely unpleasant in any case, I think that service should come first, and not the absence of an employee at the counter for accepting and issuing orders.

On too many occasions, the shells they are using for the mexican pizzas and hard shell tacos are old. They taste weird and smell like paint. They left the sour cream out of the taco supreme, which is what makes it supreme, along with the ground beef, cheese, and everything else ! We paid $25.00 for 2 #9 combos for them to be tossed in the trash. The only good thing was the icees. Do better, Taco Bell !!

So we had a late night, we got the cheeze it crunch box and cheeze it nachos, so there was a small issue we had asked for no tomatoes on the crunch wrap… but we ended up calling it in and we had a highly respectful gentlemen I believe his name was Dylan answer the phone. He offered to replace the meal cause small mistake do happen people! And he handled the situation very professionally, extremely happy with the way he dealt with the outcome, will be coming back thank you Taco Bell.

I do not recommend this Taco Bell at all they messed up my whole order… I asked for no tomatoes on my Crunchwrap and they put extra tomato's I also asked for a strawberry lemonade no ice and they put ice in it. Will not be returning.

Placed a mobile order to not deal with the fast food line and the fact they can never hear you and when I tell you 10 cars thru the drive through and 3 people sat down while
I’m waiting 40 minutes for an order. They also made half of the food so early I had to ask them to make it Fresh and a woman in the kitchen started yelling out of frustration saying it was fresh when the bag was soaking wet. At the end still had to ask for my sauce that COMES with the meal. Bad experience.
