pure incompetence. waited forever in the line. they gave me the wrong order and had never even started mine. i had touched through the other order trying to see if anything was mine.. brought it back to the counter to show them and they took the bags and gave it to the other customer… nice. waited forever for them to remake mine and they still got the order wrong. food that was correct wasn’t assembled well, taste was fine, i’ve had much better from taco bell. wouldn’t leave a review if this was my first bad experience here. but the place seems dysfunctional. steer clear of this one. cookout is down the street for late night meals.

We’ve lived in Denver for six months and have frequented this location at least twice a month. Every single order has either been made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items. I understand that expectations should be low due to it being Taco Bell, but this location may be the worst we’ve ever experienced. Get it together.

1. they get something wrong every time. ask for not tomatoes and youn will get extra tomatoes.

2. You must ask for napkins and most of the time straws.

3. the restaurant is dirty inside always

I eat here when I'm super desperate and they never fail to disappoint

To start with the staff is rude telling me have to use the keyas to take your order and just walk away which is bs they got time to take your money but not your order. I will never come back to this nor another taco ball ..

Straight up dog food! Lately the quality of food they have been serving at this place has been underwhelming! Just ordered from the Y2K menu and my 7 layer burrito had hard rice, my empanada had no filling.It was cooked out of it, which was probably old and my cool ranch taco was stuck to the paper, just a absolute disappointment! I will drive a little further to get taco bell from here on out even though I live right around the corner

Absolutely worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The worst staff of anywhere Ive ever been, i have never been spoke to like Jayla in the restaurant did, then for her to turn around and tell everyone else to not make my food so I could wait even longer was unheard of. I had placed an order through the app, went inside, used the restroom and then went to counter to wait on food. At this time it was 1:48 and the app said food would be ready by 1:46. There were 4 people working I could see, one playing on her phone at the drive thru, one was scrubbing floors and two just standing around talking. There was another employee sitting in their car, in front of the front door smoking, so to go inside I had to walk through their smoke. As I was waiting at the counter it got to be 1:52 and no had even acknowledged I was there, no one was making food and everyone was doing what I stated. So I asked if anyone was going to be helping me today, the person who was smoking walks in and says they would. So they washed their hands to quick and then put on gloves to make my food. If this would have been it I would have gotten over it just taking extra time. Then for no reason an employee named Jayla, as she yelled it at me, said to the rest of the staff “no one rush to make his food, he can wait.” I could not believe for no reason she said this. The person at the drive thru walked over and at least got me my drink cup. When I finally got my food about 1:55, this being about 15 minutes at least since I placed my order online, Jayla was still in the back near the fryer or whatever piece of equipment it was talking about me negatively using bad inappropriate language to the other employees. I was not comfortable eating my food at this point since if she was willing to tell people this and the person barely washed her hands after smoking, there is no telling what they had done to the food. What a waste of money and a lunch break while out on the road working.

Have been waiting for over 30 minutes and haven't received our food yet. There was three cars in front of us when we pulled up to the drive through and they had already ordered. This can't be good for business.

7/9/2025 11pm. Ordered X2 #10's and 1 cinnamon twist. I get home and the 2 steaks are burnt, one of the small tacos is missing and the Pepsi zero is missing the syrup. I have problems with this taco bell almost every time that I stop here at night. DONE WITH THIS TACO BELL!!!!

Noon time May 13th - the female grunted to use the screen to order. She was at the register so I verbally ordered. She did not like she had to input the order. The order was to go she or anyone else did not call out the number so it just sat there on the counter. Same female asked for sauces and she had a look of disgust and pointed around the corner? Went through the drive thru..food was fast and hot! Just needed the cashier at the speaker to speak more slowly and clearly...had a hard time understanding the cashier..overall a good experience...
