It's been a while since I've been to Taco Bell, and man, this is just way overpriced. I'll go eat a real meal at a real restaurant. I think you forgot that you're fast food and you're supposed to be cheap.

Ordered online. When I went to pick up my order all the workers were outside talking, went back inside after a few minutes -- who cares. I walked inside and they were all in the back talking, ignoring me. I know they were ignoring me because they were staring at me while they talked and had a good time. Not asking if I needed help or why I'm at the registers.It was just rude? My order was also wrong and they forgot my drink. When I tried to say something they went back to ignoring me.The drive thru is always good, though, so I'll stick to going through there.

I honestly love Taco Bell, but I think this location may have ruined it for me. I have been here probably 10 times since the remodel and the tortillas are almost always hard and stale, the food is cold, and the orders are almost always wrong. The service is even terrible. For instance, when I asked for extra sauce in the drive thru, the attendant grabbed 1 extra packet and dropped it in the bag. I would rather drive 25 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell than order from here anymore.

Went through the drive thru with my family, waiting 10+ min after ordering "2 chicken chalupas, 4 cheesy double beef burritos, and 1 steak and grill cheese burrito" asked at the person at the window 2 times if what I ordered was what they put in, spoiler it wasn't, and when we got home found out that one of them was completely wrong. I usually love toco bell but here lately am not impressed and am not happy with the service nor the food.

Went through drive thru at lunch time on a Tuesday. My go to is a Baja blast with a cheesy gordita crunch and this was my first time at this taco bell. They were sadly out of Baja blast but my gordita crunch and my cheesy potatoes were warm and tasty! Nothing wrong with my meal or service, but again it's taco bell not a real Mexican restaurant so you get what you get. Just wish I had the Baja blast I was craving ?
This location has drastically improved its atmosphere. Service was much better than previous.

After the remodel and kicking out of kfc i expected the food to be a little better. We mobiled ordered and arrived before the food was done being made and it was still all cold. The soft taco shells were hard and brittle like they were not warmed. The large nacho fries were cold and a tiny serving size, i actually dont think it was the large. The prices seem to be significantly higher, but the quality/quantity doesnt match. It was over 5.00 for a chicken quesdilla and it was smaller than the old dollar menu version.
