Check your bags and don't get extra meat! I stop on my way home from work a lot but the last month has been awful. Every time I order, the order I get is wrong in someway.
I also like to order extra steak in my burrito, tonight I got an extra one for my Fiance when I checked one was not right. I went back in to have the one burrito remade only to have the manager scoff in my face and throw the whoe order away, and once it was remade there was less meat in both burritos than I got originally.

Great having KFC and Taco bell in one building. However this location has always been slow, not sure why. Been coming to this one for many years at different times of the day and week. And everytime it's slow and the servings aren't the normal size as other locations.

I want to start off by saying there are some very friendly younger gentlemen at this location. We drive from Newton to avoid that KFC and TACO BELL to eat here in Denver. The food is a hit and a miss. I came today and got the wings they are advertising and they were so dark and shriveled and obviously old.. As an adult I wouldn't attempt to pass this food to someone knowing how much they are paying for it. Hopefully they are being trained by an adult that can help them to understand that the food has to be thrown out after a certain amount of time if not bought. They did take the wings back and make me fresh wings and made it right with zero issues. This is the first time I have had this happen here. We will definitely still come back to this location over NEWTON. Great customer service and very friendly crew working tonight. Alternate that food out fellas!! Thanks again for making it right!

Well the person behind the microphone couldn’t understand my order than he rudely shut me out. I really think this person should be let go since he has no clue of customer service. Three times I repeated my order and then asked for him to repeat it back but he didn’t. So I just left and went somewhere else. I’ll ever be back there again since there are incompetence people like that but I guess it really doesn’t matter to you people. Left without my order. Glad l didn’t pay for it online like some people.

Went through the drive-thru this evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the young gentleman who took care of me at the window. He was very nice. Also the food was really great tonight. Thanks guys, great job!
The famous bowl was great but the taco bell side was a bit lack luster. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

The gave me a KFC Famous bowl (chicken, potatoes, cheese, corn and gravy) with only Potatoes Gravy and Corn! HOW TF DO YOU FORGET THE CHICKEN???? I DIDNT WANT A BIG ASS BOWL OF MASHED POTATOES AND CORN. The guy at the windo was High out of his mind too
