The rudest employee! Served us cold fries and when asked for fresh ones the girl got an attitude and said they will just have to wait! We already waited 20 minutes for our food for it to be cold and hard!

Two times.. worst food ever, this has to be the nastiest taco bell and KFC. Got taco bell one time, garbage. Chalupa hard as a rock. Got KFC the second time, could barely eat the tenders, fed half of them to my dog

This is one of the worst fast food places ever. I've been going for 8 years, and they are ALWAYS slow, often out of food, and mess up the order 10/10 times, to get home and find your $80 worth of food is missing something. Do you know how irritating it is to get home and not have a child's meal....

We was waiting on food and trying to get a Pepsi but the machine was out and then I went to Dr pepper and it was out and then we told one of the employees and they told the manager on duty and he said he couldn't do it cause it's busy but they had like 15 other people who could have done it but they wouldn't he didn't even ask them to and then the manager got smart with a customer

If you go through the drive-thru, you better check your order before you leave the window. You get home and realize that you didn't receive a burrito that you paid $5 for and they didn't include the taco that was supposed to come with the $10 combo.

Try to call them and It.just rings until the call disconnects. Whatever happened to customer service.

I don't know that we will go back to this store. Took our order fine, guy taking the money was great, then after sitting a bit they handed out food out, asked for a receipt Ms. "J" says it should be in the bag, check it's not there..no problem she calls a manager and prints another. We check the food, twists looks bit odd, taste them they are absolutely HORRIBLE. There was no seasoning so I tell her, and also state that we did not get our drinks. She takes the twists back, seasons them, hands them back, still terrible. I tell her, these taste awful, to which she says I am sorry and them smiles..at least she was nice about it. I suggest to her to tell the manager because they were really bad. She says ok. No effort whatsoever to remind or replace, just zero customer service skills. Very arrogant, as if I was trying to get a free twist. Then she shuts the window, and I have to remind her about our drinks, must of been an inconvenience, but she sucked it up and handed them to us. Anywhoos, tacos were soggy, (could of been from the ride) and slaw wasn't so great. 50 bucks spent, but unfortunately I can't say we'll spent. #TacoBell #KFC

This was terrible! It gave my daughter food poisoning don’t go here! All drinks tasted gross and food smelled and tasted disgusting ?! Bathroom was filthy same with the drink station!

the customer service and the sense of urgency at this restaurant is so poor. That if I were the owner, I would be embarrassed for the lack of professionalism and service being received from the employees. The manager was outback, smoking cigarettes with other employees while there were people waiting in line inside, but also outside.
