We was waiting on food and trying to get a Pepsi but the machine was out and then I went to Dr pepper and it was out and then we told one of the employees and they told the manager on duty and he said he couldn't do it cause it's busy but they had like 15 other people who could have done it but they wouldn't he didn't even ask them to and then the manager got smart with a customer
Best taco Bell I've ever eaten at. Best food best service and great value.

Very slow service. All drive thru and kfe were serviced before our order. People coming inside after us and placed a KFC order got their order before us. All drive thru were taken care of then our order was filled. Service should be in sequence
