Had the food truck at the beer bourbon and bbq fest at Winston Salem. Got 3 meats. Chicken, pulled pork and brisket. All we're amaizing. Now I see the main restaurant is close to me, will definitely be going!

Got the large brisket platter. Brisket was just right, and I prefer the sweet sauce, but all three are worth trying! Smoked beans (delicious, great flavor/texture) and coleslaw were nice big amounts and the cornbread was real good- not all dry and crumbly. Had to take some brisket home cause I got pretty full.
Real nice folks working there, you can tell their heart is in the work.
Really recommend

When we first got into the building the guy that was running the cash register seemed to have an attitude and just glared at us while we were trying to decide what we wanted and when we ordered he just seemed to not care and still keep his attitude with us I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon

Stopped in after hanging on the lake. Glad we did, this place is excellent 👏 for me the brisket and macaroni stand out the most. The fries and hush puppies were good as well. The owner Marco was great he greeted us as we walked in and was more than happy to talk about the menu.

We got some food from the local food truck. The pulled pork tasted like a whole jar of peer was put into it. We also got a side of fries to which there were less and 10 fries. Very disappointed with it.

Brisket!!! 🇺🇸True TX style, so tasty that you can eat the fat, don't push it to the side- Cut it up and mix it in. Dayum!! The green beans were also amazing-more of a seasoned hericot vert (different and gourmet). I'd call it a 4 cheese melt in mouth mac n cheese. Get here (just dont eat all my brisket)!!! Tx/Louisiana influence. Likes pepper, as do I. 💙
I’ve had difficulty determining this establishment’s operating hours. On my last two visits, the business was unexpectedly closed—most recently due to a graduation event. While I understand occasional closures, the lack of consistent hours makes it challenging for customers like myself who would genuinely enjoy supporting the business. I hope they consider improving communication regarding their schedule moving forward.

We love the food here. I've ordered take-out several times and our order is always correct and ready for pick up when we arrive. It's nice to have a great BBQ in the area.
We tried this for the first time tonight. We ordered the brisket, pulled chicken, beans, coleslaw and mac & cheese to go. Everything was delicious. Loved the Carolina gold sauce. Will be back again!
Great service and Great people.
