You can request a service dog be removed from your restaurant if it's not housebroken, out of control, or poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, but you must first ask the handler to regain control of the animal.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
When a service animal can be removed:
Not housebroken: If the dog is not housebroken and has an accident inside the restaurant.
Out of control: If the dog is exhibiting disruptive or aggressive behavior, such as uncontrolled barking, growling, jumping on people, or running away, and the handler cannot regain control.
Direct threat: If the dog poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, such as growling or attempting to bite other guests.
How to handle the situation:
First, ask the handler to regain control: Before asking the handler to remove the service animal, give them the opportunity to calm the dog and regain control.
Offer alternative service: If the service animal must be removed, offer to still serve the customer without the animal present, or offer to provide takeout.
Document the incident: If the service animal's behavior is a recurring issue, document the incidents and consider consulting with legal counsel.
What you CANNOT do:
You cannot ask for proof of service animal status: You cannot ask for documentation, certifications, or registration of the service animal.
You cannot deny access based on fear or dislike of dogs: You cannot deny access to a service animal simply because someone is afraid of dogs, doesn't like dogs, or has allergies.
Important Considerations:
Service animals are not pets: Service animals are legally recognized and have the right to accompany their handlers in public places, including restaurants.
Focus on behavior, not breed: You cannot remove a service dog based on breed stereotypes.
Consult with legal counsel: If you have questions or concerns about service animals in your restaurant, consult with an attorney who specializes in disability.

Please let me know where I didn't follow ADA laws.

I came earlier in the night and was told by security my service animal was not allowed on a chair...... he had no service vest...i said ok...

I came back later and I was playing pool and was asked to put my animal on a lease. I ask, why?

They said he's not a service animal because he was traveling....then I was ask very.....and I mean very aggressively to leave. I did......

If you're ok with ADA ... please let me know why you would go there?

Maybe the best wings I’ve had! Cool vibe but would have been cooler without the confederate flags.

Not sure how the inside is but delivered insta cart for this place 14 packs of drinks 16 bottles of water when I arrived I messaged and asked where they would like there items and got no response! Once I carried all things to the back door marked as delivered they put 🤦🏻‍♀️! Apparently the kitchen is in front ! I apologized and offered to come back and move to the location they wanted they said no it’s COOL ! My thing is I hope the waiters there get more than a 6$ tip ! Thanks two trees ! Merry Christmas 🎁

This place is awesome! Home town feel, great people. Best smoked wings in town. Owner Shannon is on top of her stuff and introduces herself to every new person that comes in.

Traveling through and I observed, who I assume to be the owner, basically harass and talk poorly about a family there as well. Watched as she followed them out to their car, didn’t seem like she was asking them to leave so I assumed it to be just a normal interaction when I saw her approach others in the parking lot. When that family actually went to leave it was obvious it was not a nice interaction.. I hope that they never have to experience something so foul again.

We were here for a few hours, when my sister in laws phone died. So we went outside to charge her phone and look for my portable charger. As we are are looking for the charger a lady approaches us and said "Number one pull up your britches" number 2 you can't hang out in the parking lot" my brother was wearing jeans with a belt and sweat shorts under the jeans not sagging at all. my brother responds "okay" and she goes "what did you say" in a super confrontational way. So I was completely sober so I jumped in and said I'm so sorry we were just getting a charger for her phone we are inside and going back in" she continues to follow us all the way back to the restaurant. At this point we were like let's just leave that was crazy and it was very obvious we were treated this way because we were not locals. She was literally sitting outside talking to people who were hanging out in their truck?? So I go to cash out and as I'm walking outside she is once again at my car. Ends up that as my brother walked outside she yelled at him "you can't keep going to your car" he ignores her and goes to my car and she followed him across the parking lot to my car to tell him he cannot go to the car. He tells her that we are leaving due to the terrible customer service she is providing. At this point Is when I walk up and see her at my car once again so I ask is there a problem. She turns around and says no but you can't come back out to the car. I said we are leaving. And she said yeah that's what he was trying to say and he said I have bad customer service. I said well yes the bartender was amazing but you've been pretty rude to us. She continued to argue that she wasn't rude and then finally left the car, she starts going back and forth with my sister in law, and loudly talk dhit about us to the person on the truck.

Long story short the owner will literally harass you and follow you around the parking lot for absolutely no reason except maybe we weren't locals.

Edit to respond to owners response:

There's a different in ensuring safety and being rude and confrontation (looking for a fight l) then following us all the way back to the restaurant and following to my car when we are trying to leave, and then talking to someone loudly in the parking lot about us. I have 10 years restaurant experience including managing, so I completely understand being safe. You were looking for a fight and treating us rudely. Seems like it's not the first time you've treated non locals like this if you read the other one star reviews.

The bartenders were absolutely amazing but the owner was so rude telling us we can’t come outside to our own car when we just came outside to charge my phone one time matter of fact and then she wants to harass my husband because he went to get the charger and kept following us when we had been there all night buying drinks. She needs to her check attitude! To make it worse we were out town so unless your a local don’t go there!

Was welcomed like family. Pierce was the perfect outgoing bartender to help me break my Two Trees cherry. Fantastic Two Trees cheeseburger!
Beer cold and then enjoyed myself a well poured bourbon. Crowd very friendly and engaging. If you like sterile politically correct environments, robots behind the bar and measured pours, this ain’t your place. I’ll be back! Loved it.
