After I left a review, I got a response from the owner saying to email them with order info, making it sound like they’d like to make it right, which I did, but never got a response from them! So, beware of the responses—they still aren’t going to help!

I ordered 2extra large New York style pizzas. I picked them up and didnt look at them before I left, which was the mistake i made. When i opened the pizza with the 1/2 bacon & sausage i couldn't separate the pizza from the box because it was so mushy it was impossible to pick up. Even after getting part of it off the wax paper and trying to eat it, the mushy texture kept me from eating. The plain pizza wasnt as bad but it was mushy as well. So disappointed and all of the times ive eaten pizza hut over the years this is undoubtedly the worst. Wast of $30.00 and just a horrible experience!!!

Waited over an hour and a half for a completely inedible cold pizza, and the wings we ordered were overcooked and dry. We ordered thin crust and was sent a hand tossed with absolutely no sauce on it. It was awful.Thanks for ruining our dinner. Do not recommend ordering from this establishment they sell and serve subpar food ?
