Somewhat disappointed in the quality of pizza in the last few visits. It was always a go-to place. Some what puzzled. May try other local offerings. Have not completely given up yet.

Waited over an hour and a half for a completely inedible cold pizza, and the wings we ordered were overcooked and dry. We ordered thin crust and was sent a hand tossed with absolutely no sauce on it. It was awful.Thanks for ruining our dinner. Do not recommend ordering from this establishment they sell and serve subpar food ?

Should have paid attention to the reviews. Fast service on a Sunday afternoon, BUT product was lacking. Pepperoni, double bacon, hardly had any bacon on it. One slice only had 1 piece of pepperoni, with the rest having about 2...on a LARGE. Extra cheese was an upcharge, so I skipped that option. We were hungry, so we just ate it. So glad this isn't my hometown pizza hut. If there is any other option for food, I'd recommend going there.

1 star because I couldn't give zero... Customer service is abysmal. I've encountered the same person each visit (Carrie) a supervisor nonetheless and due to the way she carries herself I WILL NOT be returning. If you walk in and see her, do yourself a favor and walk right back out of that door!

I used to order from here a good bit but the last 3 to 4 times I've been hungry and haven't had the time to either make food myself or go get it gave Pizza Hut a wasted chance at redemption. Pizza and bread sticks are both burnt pizza sauce seems to be the main ingredient and cheese is just piled on a few spots but bare mostly everywhere else. The bread sticks are cold, super dry and definitely not fresh. The cinnabon are also really cold and doughy. $33 plus tipping the delivery driver makes this a huge waste of money.

Usually I have a good experience here, but I ordered online for delivery and waited over an hour. I called the store three times and was on hold for over 5 minutes and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I still have not received my food and I am tempted to drive down there myself because that would be quicker than waiting on the company to get it done.
