My wife and I stopped in to get lunch. We had our dog with us so we sat outside. We were promptly greeted by our serve, ordered drinks, and were looking at the menu to find something our dog could eat. Our server said that she could have the kitchen grill a plain chicken breast for him. We ordered the chicken for our dog, and placed our food orders.
We ordered the pretzel appetizer to share, my wife ordered chili and I had the two chili dog meal. Everything was great and exactly as we ordered it. Our server was very attentive and very pleasant as well.

One of our favorite places to dine when we are in the area. Great burgers cooked to your preferred temperature, which is hard to find these days. Love the atmosphere and dining on the outdoor patio. The biscuits and gravy were incredible and done with a slight twist to make them a unique experience. We will definitely come back again & again.

The food was the best, we had such great service. We decided to go back Saturday. Paige was absolutely the best! Every restaurant should have someone like her! Friendly, respectful, went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We will definitely be returning.

We worked up a good appetite riding on the train up from Bryson City...
We were hoping that the Rivers and Rails was good and it really was great!
One of our party got the chicken livers and everybody loved them.
I had an order of chicken tenders that were some of the tenderest and tastiest I've ever had...
Street tacos were delicious also. A great place to stop if you're in Dillsboro. The service was excellent also.

My wife and I sat at the bar and the bar tender was very polite and had recommendations for us to visit while we were there. Very helpful

Waited over an hour to be seated. Waited an hour for food after ordering. No communication about timeframe. No apologies. When we asked about food the waitress seemed annoyed, unapologetically blaming the “small town” and only 3 employees in the kitchen. Why continue to seat customers if you cannot accommodate the orders? Too much stress on the servers and disappointing experience for customers.
Great food and staff

Had a late dinner here. It was a little confusing because the door we went it, which seemed to be the main door led to a dining area. It was packed and very loud. We went to another dining area and when we went to sit down at a booth, we were told by a server that we'd need to see the hostess. She was a little abrupt and rude about it. There was no hostess at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes. When she finally did show up she seated us at the same booth with the same server. Our server wasn't great, basically just took our order like it was McDonald's. Not helpful at all and it was my first time there. During dinner we could hear a drunken bar fight with a woman in the next room. Dinner was pricy for this kind of atmosphere and bad service.
