So they kick my friend out for js sitting there, she wasn't hurting nothing. The grill isn't clean, they got nasty bathrooms, people in there rude, every time I get food smth always gotta be wrong or cold.

The worst Bojangles….I literally got 1/2 a biscuit with my 2 piece meal. Ridiculous. Good luck trying to call the restaurant-they leave the phone off the hook because they don’t want to hear it. No care or concern by this staff. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Placed i placed a order at 8pm on the Bojangles app the store was scheduled to close at 10pm that day. I paid on the app. What do you know this sorry excuse for a restaurant did not prep nor make my 30.00 and change family meal 2 hours before closing time. They told us were sorry we cannot and we cannot refund your money because you purchased on the app. So why not close at 8PM or not have a app because either would be a better solution than to be this sorry excuse of a restaurant!!!

Some of the sorriest service and attitudes I have ever witnessed in a place. Tuesday evening crew needs to be trained on hospitality. Will not be going back to this Bojangles. Ordered a 2 Family Meals and had to change everything because they said they didn’t have enough to fix what we ordered. You’re a fast food restaurant & it’s close to dinner time so be prepared. Paid $97 for sorry service and food. They also acted smirky when they brought out our food to us that we had to wait for, so there is no telling what they did to it. I don’t recommend this place at all unless they work on their attitude & service.

Chicken tenders were absolutely disgusting. Chicken wasn't done & had a old greasy taste ( what parts we could eat ). Biscuits were undercooked, very doughy. Pretty sad visit all the way around & to think we paid almost $40 for that mess. Never again.
