The members of the Ocean Isle Beach AWS Chapter had nothing but praise for our wonderful experience, quality of the food and top-notch service provided by the dining room staff.

I am so happy that I choose your services for preparing the lunch we enjoyed at Surry College, and our wine paring dinner at the Harvest Grill. We all were impressed by the depth of your winery and the knowledge and passion of your wine maker in producing the excellent wines we all enjoyed. “We drove 2 hours on a Saturday. Arrived at 3:30 Pm. We were seated promptly and a waitress arrived at our table to take our drink and appetizer order. It arrived almost immediately. She returned to take our dinner order and it also arrived much sooner than we expected. Our party of 4 all ordered something different. The consensus of our group was it was the best place we had ever dined. We will return soon.”

“I saw some recent reviews that made me nervous to try this place, but the menu looked yummy and I gave it a shot. Everything was delicious, from the wine to the pimento fondue and homemade chips, the scallops with chorizo risotto, the ribeye pork chop, and the apple cherry sonker dessert. All was made well, super tasty, and a great experience. I have a gluten sensitivity ans they had a bunch of options including fresh, warm biscuits and a cobbler-like dessert. Kim, our server, sweet and attentive. I would absolutely go back.”

“The manger Luscero not only fixed the small mistake we had but replaced the meal I had ordered. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was done correctly as we were going through a hard time and chose to eat there to celebrate a life instead of mourn. They understood the importance of this and took care of everything. Their food is great and they are always doing things to help out the local schools and different areas for donations. It’s amazing to have a restaurant do something to take the time to be personal enough to fix a situation, though when it comes up individually like that, that takes more than good employees it takes heart and great food! This is why they are one of the only food restaurants to make it long in Dobson without closing like all the rest have because everyone knows they can be reliable.”

“My family and I ate there tonight it was really good. My hamburger steak was cooked the way I asked. Our appetizers came out hot and in time for us to enjoy before our main course came out. The service was excellent and of course my biggest pet peeve was good she kept my drink cup full. Thanks you Shannon for a job well done.”

“Customer service has gone down hill in the last few years. I know as employees come and go so will the service. The current person working the drive through the last couple of trips has been short! She acts like it's an inconvenience to have to wait for you to speak. She continues saying will that be all before you can get to the next item. Some people are not made for customer service.”

No only was the food fresh but it was fast and correct plus the staff was so friendly and tentative. My nephew and I dined in at 1pm on a Saturday so the kitchen was busy but the dining area was still clean, the staff brought out our food quickly and checked on us regularly. That so rarely happens. And I listened to them help someone struggling with the kiosk…they were super nice to him also.

Have to say it elevated the usual “meh” McDonald’s experience. Will totally go out of my way next time I’m in this general director just to make sure I dine at this location.”

“Was just passing through one day, and made the right choice for a coffee stop. Now I stop every time I'm in the area! Not sure of the young lady's name who has served me a few times. But she is absolutely awesome! So friendly, bubbly and helpful!”

“Hello all. This Chic Fil A has been absolutely amazing today. My truck stalled out on me today in the drive through and the staff was extremely kind and quick acting. They helped push my truck to an area where we could let it sit until my father came to my aid. The staff was so sweet and didn’t rush my kids and I to move the truck into a parking spot. When my father arrived, we had 4 men come out and help push while my dad steered. Thank you to all those who were involved and spent their time helping a mother who knows nothing about vehicles. The man who helped us the most also brought ice cream cones out to my young daughters. I mean, how sweet is that!? Thank you all again for your warm hearts. The world needs more of you. ❤️”

“We enjoyed a wine flight before a hike on their property. Really liked their barrel chardonnay, I ended up buying a bottle to take home! Will definitely be back to experience music on a weekend and more of the trails.”
