“First time visiting Shelton Vineyards! We had a wonderful experience in the Grande Tasting with Tamara! She was so knowledgeable. The vineyard has a lovely story. We enjoyed several wines in the tasting menu and Tamara learned our palates quickly and offered a couple other wines to taste. Jennie, the Director of Estate Hospitality, also made us feel so welcome and happy to be there! We will definitely go back to enjoy their one of the concert series events this year!”

The menu isn't the largest and the prices are a bit on the high side for Yadkin Valley, but it's still a value since the portions are well-prepared, tasteful, and generous. We had the salmon and the Angus filet; both were terrific. Not a place for a quick meal, but if you are looking for a friendly, semi-elegant and restful place to enjoy an adult meal, this is your kind of place.”

“This is absolutely the most unassuming little Chinese restaurant I have ever visited, the name on the wall is so faded, it looks like it's been out of business for years, when you walk through the front doors, every fiber of your being tells you to leave, but I really wanted some Chinese food, and I was there, cut to the end of the chase, the food was surprisingly good, and the staff was very friendly, it is carry out only, I had General Tso's chicken, and had more than enough for two meals, the little to go box is very deceptive, We will go back again”

She went above and beyond to take care of us during our time at the restaurant. We'll definitely be back and would love to have Amanda as our server again.”

The inside is basic, but it's a home, small-town place that feels right. I ordered a chef salad and a side onion rings. The chef salad was ok. They have an in-house made bleu cheese dressing that is a bit different, kind of sweet, slightly pink. It's not bad, but I prefer regular bleu cheese dressing with the chunks. The salad was okay, kind average. The onion rings were great. Obviously frozen, they taste like onion rings from a chain burger and ice cream place that I visited recently, and they may be from the same source. I'd come back for sure.”
