“Fabulous little roadside place with a huge number of flavors (I didn't count but I think more than 31!) and they even do upscale coffee/espresso/ice cream drinks! Prices are very reasonable. The added bonus: a wooded sculpture garden made by the owner and lots of cute little buildings. Ice cream and culture in one stop! Well worth the slight detour as we headed back north.”

“Hello all. This Chic Fil A has been absolutely amazing today. My truck stalled out on me today in the drive through and the staff was extremely kind and quick acting. They helped push my truck to an area where we could let it sit until my father came to my aid. The staff was so sweet and didn’t rush my kids and I to move the truck into a parking spot. When my father arrived, we had 4 men come out and help push while my dad steered. Thank you to all those who were involved and spent their time helping a mother who knows nothing about vehicles. The man who helped us the most also brought ice cream cones out to my young daughters. I mean, how sweet is that!? Thank you all again for your warm hearts. The world needs more of you. ❤️”

“20-minute wait but well worth it. The ribs were absolutely fall of the bone delicious. So large of a quantity that I brought back more than half to Maryland. The shrimp appetizer was okay, but I am from Maryland, and I found them very plain (not steamed but boiled) and served cold. The cocktail sauce that came with them was fire though. Certain bites would get your nose a burnin. The beers were good and cold and the service was excellent. The crab dip and popcorn shrimp was also reported by joining family members as good and plentiful. If I am ever back in Mount Airy, I will certainly be back. Thanks for a great time 13-Bones.”

“My daughter and I were in town from Wilmington, North Carolina and stopped in for an early dinner. I got the chimichanga and it was the best I’ve ever had! Service was very fast, and the experience was great! Very trustworthy too!! after returning back to Wilmington my daughter realized she left her wallet and keys on the table. Inside the wallet was money and her debit cards. I was able to get the keys and wallet back and nothing was disturbed. Luckily I had somebody in Mount Airy to pick them up for me. If you’re looking for Mexican food in Mount Airy, I highly suggest eating here”

The food the service it was all great. I had the best burrito I’ve ever eaten in my life. We chose to sit outside and it was literally perfect our food was out in no time. The menu was impressive to say the least they literally have something for everyone. I wanted one of everything. I can’t wait to come back and try something else off their menu but I hope my husband or kids get the burrito so I can steal a bite 🤣I’ve worked in the restaurant industry most of my life and they have it going on here.”

We were invited in, a few local bought us beers by locals 10/10 recommend. We had a great time and will go back. Thank you Joy for being a sweet bartender.
