This is a home style country restaurant where you run into your friends and neighbors. The place is always packed during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. They have a full menu of breakfast and lunch/dinner items as well as daily specials and homemade pies and cakes. The wait staff is friendly and your food is ready quickly.

Ok. We have lived in Hillsville since July 2023 and have sampled many restaurants on the biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak. We keep realizing after we eat breakfast anywhere else that the biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak was the best here which includes eating at Cracker Barrell and Breakfast Time as well! Their chicken salad is amazing too and BLT..super yummy! I have not tried their whole menu yet, can't wait to though! Can't wait to try their steak night!!...read full review

If you think real food is every hamburger patty is the same shape and size, don't come here. This is the real thing, handmade hamburger patties. Full of juice, not dried out. I think one day I want to order everything off the menu. Now talk about the cakes.. just looking at them my sugar levels over 300. So I will try a slice just to go to heaven.. county folks know how to cook.
