Missing food again it gets old buying dinner for the kids and not eating because they can't bring themselves to put all your order in the bag
3rd day in a row order is wrong. I'm done, will go to Mt Airy
Food was fresh but waited literally 25 mins for food with only a few people in the drive thru and 2 people before us in the lobby.
Went thru drive thru an received the wrong order as well as have gotten raw hamburgers from this store
girl yelled something out the window as i was driving away? also food is like never fresh. this place blows
The manager gave me a hard time about changing a coke to a sweet tea. What kind of customer service is that.

When you pay for extra creamer and syrup and watch them struggle to pump out syrup and instead of walking to the back to get a new container you watch them pump air in your cup. Do better McDonald's.

Guy who took our order told us that a round egg couldn't be rung up on my breakfast sandwich even though it's rung up every morning with no issue. He sighed into the speaker like a child annoyed with his mother and when confronted about the terrible service, he told me not to tell him how to do his job and shut the window in my face. Never ceases to amaze me the terrible service at this McDonald's. The one time I made a formal complaint about a blatant health code violation made by the general manager at this location, the owners of this franchise didn't even apologize for the experience or offer a refund.
