Guy who took our order told us that a round egg couldn't be rung up on my breakfast sandwich even though it's rung up every morning with no issue. He sighed into the speaker like a child annoyed with his mother and when confronted about the terrible service, he told me not to tell him how to do his job and shut the window in my face. Never ceases to amaze me the terrible service at this McDonald's. The one time I made a formal complaint about a blatant health code violation made by the general manager at this location, the owners of this franchise didn't even apologize for the experience or offer a refund.

I went there this morning to eat breakfast and the people there were so friendly and I have never liked the biscuits at any mcdonalds but their biscuits were awesome I could just eat the biscuits by theirselves. Will be going back.
Terrible customer service and food. I was served dark brown fried and half an order to boot. When I asked for a new order I was told all the fries are that color because they only change their oil once a month and it needed changing. Okay, disgusting. However the family after me got nice, decently cooked fries. I paid over $9 for a sandwich and drink, because the fries were inedible. Don't spend all that money at once because I'm not going back.

This is unfortunately my local McDonalds and I say unfortunately because it seems like in order to get hired here you must have a low IQ or something because these employees will go out of their way to mess up every order you make. 9 times out of 10 I get my order wrong and very rarely do I get my actual order.
