Wanted to try Red Sky for lunch on October 13. Called, and the message said they were open at 11:30 every day so we set out. Found they didn't open until 4. Please update your answering machine information.
We had a large group and the dinner started off rough by one of the tables we were sat at was tilting so bad the waters were slipping down. We got a new table and it was still rough. However, we persevered and it didn’t get much better. Service was ok but food took awhile and didn’t all come out warm. I ordered the steak frites medium and it came out very well done. I didn’t have time to ask for them to remake it since we’d already been there so long. Even well done though...
Great burgers! Wait staff was fantastic. They were also very accommodating for a shellfish allergy and used a pan on the grill and changed gloves, as to not cross contaminate.(kitchen is open, so I watched the process)
Also the waiter immediately told me I wouldn’t be able to eat the fries due to cross contamination and subbed a salad for the same price. We will return on our next visit.
