The food was great in this local hangout. It is hard to find someplace open in the off season, but I bet this place is very busy in the height of vacation season. The inside space is small but in warmer weather they have a nice outside venue for live music. Definitely worth the stop especially in the off season.

In Duck, NC Our group of 8 friends/neighbors from Northern Virginia was visiting the area (Corolla) in the off season in November. We all had wonderful meals and our waitress (Kim) was also wonderful.

The food was amazing! I had the clam linguine, and my husband ordered the roast beef dip sandwich. I got to try a bite of his; it was so good! For dessert, we shared the cheesecake with apple topping. Absolutely amazing! The waitress was wonderful, and the owner was just as great. Both made our experience even better. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! All of our food was perfect! Drinks were great! Service was outstanding and we were served quickly! The best side dish ever was their Red Hot Apples! Have since looked up the recipe and made my own just which was just like our waitress told us! Wonderful place!

Most delicious perfectly cooked and seasoned steamed fresh NC shrimp appetizer. They were however not jumbo as on menu and giving an option for 1/2 lb would be customer friendly. Clam chowder very good. Chairs so uncomfortable and low and table height way too high totally F- unacceptable in down the steps room.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! From the arrival to the exit we were met with smiling faces. I came during lunch time, noon, and I ordered the Double burger with no tomato and potato salad on the side!! The potato salad was BUSSIN!!!!!!! I ate the whole thing!!!!! The supervisor even came around and checked on us! I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!
