The only black manager on the property at the new Theodosia restaurant was fired by the new Events Manager because he didn’t like the way the gentleman smelled. After perusing the gallery hall on the way to the toilets and not seeing a single face of color among the photographs I can see how these people think what they did was okay. Never eating here or staying at this resort again.

First time visiting Duck. This resort was a comfortable spot that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
Dan was very helpful with our beach needs, Calvin made our check in seamless & fast, and Chase was super efficient in assisting when we called to the front desk for any needs.
The Lifesaving Station had delicious brunch (best corned beef hash!!!) and late night dessert (cobbler was so good)….and the spa was a great place to unwind when the weather wasn’t ideal...read full review
