Stopped to get gas and a bite to eat at McDonalds but were distracted by a little red food cart. I’m glad we were distracted. Brother Joe’s food cart is what America is all about. Brother Joe serves up hotdogs, sausage and bbq sandwiches. For $5.00 you get two hotdogs, chips and a drink and some good conversation with one of the nicest gentleman you’ll ever meet. Brother Joe and his delicious food beat McDonalds by a million miles.
