I’ve been eating at fast food restaurants for a long time and never encountered the service I received at this Wendy’s. The young lady helping us delivered our food to the table with a smile, asked if we needed condiments, delivered the condiments, corrected an issue with our order, and made sure we were comfortable and happy. I received better service at this Wendy’s than I’ve received in restaurants all over the South. Job well done!!

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. The food quality was not what I expected and honestly felt like a waste of money. The chicken sandwich was very hard, almost like it had been sitting out too long, which made it difficult to enjoy. The chili was also extremely runny — it was more like chili soup than the thick, hearty chili Wendy’s is usually known for.
