It was raining the day I went.To expedite the ordering process, they have an employee outside taking orders. I felt so sorry for her because of the rain and wind, the "canopy" she had to cover her was useless, so useless it blew away. Bojangles is fantastic. They always get the order right. You may have to wait, but never over 10 minutes. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is great! Bojangles is my go to.

Ordered ham biscuit and bo rounds for a patient in the hospital and asked for extra ketchup for the rounds. There was 5 listed on the receipt. When they handed me the order I asked if there was extra ketchup in the bag, they said yes. I get to the hospital and there was no ketchup. So waisted the rounds. The ham biscuit only had a few chopped pieces in the middle. Not happy with the order today.
