This place is absolutely amazing. Was in the area around lunch on a Saturday and in the mood for deli food. Found this place using a quick google search and I’m so glad I did! I did not realize it was a sit down type of place, but I placed a to-go order and got the chicken salad on a croissant. AMAZING!! They were extremely busy and I still got my food in under 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and prices are great. Only problem…. I don’t live in Dunn and can’t come here more...
If you’re looking for a tasty and light lunch, this is the spot for you. Variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches to choose from along with a couple options for sides.
My only complaint is the amount of food. My sandwich was pretty thin and I left hungry. Really need like two meals and I’m not a big person.

Great food, friendly and accommodating. My favorite is their potato salad. If anyone says they are going to the Broad Street Deli, I would ask them to bring back a potato salad for me.
