I might have been the dumbest customer trying to order 3 trays with random sides today. The ladies were so kind and patient. Receipt said cashier was Randolph but not sir if that’s right. I hope they got a laugh from how special I was. Too bad my burger was wrong. Asked no onion or mayo and add pickle and it was regular cheddar style. She did her job. Cooks not.
The food was really good — no complaints there. 🍔 But the cashier’s attitude was awful. Rude, unfriendly, and clearly not interested in treating customers with respect. It honestly ruined what should’ve been an enjoyable stop. Cook Out needs to work on their customer service because good food can’t make up for bad attitudes at the counter.
This place is amazing when you are hungry and nothing else is open, the customer service is amazing we were in an RV and they helped us so much and waited for us to get to the window also since it was our first time, they took the time to explain the menu and helped us decide what to order, Thank you so much!!!we will definitely be back soon!!
