I had an absolutely fantastic experience at 55 Nutrition Stop. The staff was kind and considerate, and the conversation was excellent. I really appreciated the care put into my smoothie as well to help personalize the experience for me. And I definitely felt COVID-19 safe throughout the visit. I would recommend everyone to come by and enjoy some of the experience for themselves.

Customer service is everything! This place is up the street from my job. Decided to stop by and check this place out. It's very clean and spacious inside. The staff was very nice, helpful and acknowledgeable. I decided to have the strawberry banana smoothie. It looked delicious...but I didn't enjoy the taste at all. Not for me but you might enjoy it

I have been going to this restruarant over a year since they opened, absolutely LOVE THE FOOD.I have seen staff come and go.Saturday was a normal day I placed my order online because the so called owner, who would not give me his name, has in the past made me feel uncomfortable.The last experience with him was him holding my card asking me if Im going to leave my tip in cash or on the card,I felt with the lack of respect and no customer service etiquette,that he did not deserve a tip. Every time my family comes we tip and we buy over 100 dollars worth food between all of us.Now lets fast forward to Saturday Oct. 17th, I was late picking my order up.I called and spoke to a young lady that is ALWAYS kind,she explained its okay your running late it will be here and we will bring it out to you.This was great considering that I am high risk with asthma, in the middle of a deadly pandemic.When I arrived the same man, I have always had an uneasy feeling about(but everyone has a bad day, so I don't judge),walked pass my car three times, as if he wasn't going to acknowledge me.Once he seen he was the only person to assist me he came to my car asked for my name I said Kym which is my nickname.My real name had nothing to do with my order,and he came back out and asked me again,this time I gave him my name and my order which is ALWAYS WELL DONE Bulgogi bowl with side of kimchi. But if your only worried about a check you wouldnt notice your regular customers order.By this time Im upset because every time I dine here, this particular man is rude or its a problem with how he decides to handle my order. I thought this would be quick process that turned into me being late back to work from home, and being made a fool of, because of my birthname. Making me look like the an angry black woman to onlookers who did not know anything about what was going on and the history. After he came out the second time and went to look for my order again,I got out the car, proceeded in and when I got to the door he is still walking looking for my order,it has been labeled Kenneth, my government name. As I walked out of Kokyu, he aggressively followed me out saying"I need to put the right name next time". Now I felt I was being harassed to get my food, I didn't know my name had anything to do with my order. I let him know that he was being sexist and discriminatory. I advised him that I will be speaking to a lawyer and BBB because after looking at my receipt & being in customer service over 20yrs,I realized he could have verified me by my email, phone number,or the last four of my card so it was no reason for him to try to make a fool of me in front of over 15 people because of his lack of common sense (everybody's common sense, isn't common). This was not professional and is discrimination. At this point I don't want a resolution, he will continue to be ignorant and I wont spend money with the company any longer. This sucks because the food is wonderful and I NEVER had to deal with this from anybody else in the establishment. Also he lied to my mother after she called to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner. The resolution for me is the REAL OWNER can reach out to my mom as requested.

Been here several times, and if you're into Korean/Vietnamese/American fusion type food, I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu here. Seriously. Everything I've had has been great. Bonus points for some of the sandwich names, like Pig Mac (seared pork belly) and Ko.F.C. (Korean fried chicken) and for listing "government cheese" as an ingredient in one of the sandwiches.
