I was really excited to try this place after reading so many great reviews online. I visited last week and, unfortunately, left pretty disappointed. I spent over $60 on cheesecakes that looked amazing but just didn’t deliver on taste. The texture was mushy, and they lacked the richness and flavor I was hoping for. I truly wanted to love them, but honestly, I can’t even say that I liked them.
Delicious! We tried the strawberry crunch, reeses, banana pudding, and cherry. All were creamy and fresh! Definitely get to this place close to opening time because they sell out quick.
If you like cheesecake, you will LOVE AJ's in Durham NC!! I'm quickly going through the menu of 4" mini's, and I have not had a bad one yet!!!
