Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

Came in here for the first time and let me say, the food looks amazing, restaurant very clean and decent size. The staff here is amazing Jesus, was very helpful and extremely friendly. With over a decade of restaurant experience I know good customer service when I see it. Good job Jesus keep it up!

Ordered through uber eats, got 2 lomo saltados, $18 each. Got this very small portion and missing fries for both plates. Very disappointed.

I usually love Alpaca and frequent the Morrisville and Apex stores, but this location is strange.

They don’t have the assembly line of other locations and the staff doesn’t seem to be trained. I was the only customer and the lady didn’t know how to ring up my order then needed help to understand scanning the app for rewards.

It took awhile to get my food despite being the only customer and ordering the basic chicken plate. When I finally saw them finish it, I had to get the cashiers attention to hand it to me. I can’t imagine them handling a lunch rush like other locations.

The chicken is absolutely delicious. Friendly service. Prices are reasonable. Location however can be a sketchy, but the chicken is worth it.

Omg! This place is definitely a favorite. I come here at LEAST 1-2 times a week. The pollo soltado is to die for! The chicken is sooo tender. The fries.. the rice! Whew! And the staff is sooo friendly, never disappoints. I’m not even one to leave a review so if I am then take my word that this place is a MUST TRY in NC! You’ll be happy you did!
