They should be shamed of their selves. The quality of the food was decent but ordering for delivery is poor. I had ordered for items and only was sent with one. when you spend your money on food to be delivered you should pay very close attention to people’s orders. Plus this was my first experience, bad impression.

Best Oxtail and Jerk Chicken in the world! Sauce is insanely good! So many good options with generous portions almost ordered the entire menu! This is a must have go to spot in Durham, NC. We came from Greensboro, NC and it was a million percent worth the drive! Will be coming back again to order the rest of the menu! There’s nothing on the menu that will disappoint! Everything is home made with Love! Much Love❤️?
I really was happy with my food & the flavors.. We visited this food truck and we knew we hit a goldmine because of the line of people that were waiting to pick up.. I live 3 hours away but I’ll follow Ama’Gee around the world to get some of that Jamaican Cuisine.. Thanks for her patience because we had an issue finding her.. Not that she was hiding but we were not familiar with the area.

honestly the food wasn’t that great. came from out of town and apparently this was supposed to be a good jamaican food truck. portions were small, food is over priced and the food was not seasoned well. I would expect more from an “authentic” jamaican spot. I ordered oxtail and I got about 2 1/2. i got a scoop of rice and a pinch of cabbage. jamaican beef patty wasn’t even great. very upset about my experience.

Shrimp curry plate comes with yummy pea and bean rice, caramelized plantains and vegetables. It was on special on Thursdays. Tasty and healthy. J*** wings are fall-off-the-bone, finger lickin’ delicious. Just the right amount of spice. I was very happy to have her cook me dinner!

Okay first off I want to start of by saying they got it! They can cook finger licking good. They really put there elbow in there food. So I can the j*** chicken and the oxtail with the plantains. I highly recommend. The service was fast. I love how they stay open pretty late.
Wish that this place was closer to Chattanooga than it is. Because I would eat there at least once a week. Customer service was great. Prices are reasonable. Oxtails were succulent. I like the beef patties and cocoa bread. I like how they are open late at night. Next time I go to Durham I will stop by.Vegetarian options: Vegan options

This is seriously the best food truck in Durham!!! You can't beat Ama'Gees' flavor, value, portion sizes, and customer service. I love coming back from a late nite show on Fri or Sat and stopping at Ama'Gees on my way home. My favorite dish is either the j*** chicken or the brown stew chicken. Nothing beats the side of plantains while they're hot, though. 11/10 would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten and dairy intolerant folks!
