Came here because they were close to where we were staying. As we sat outside waiting for our table for 35 minutes, I noticed that very little customers were coming out, that was the first indication that I was in trouble because it tells me the turn around inside was extremely slow (hence the long wait). We finally sat down and my suspicion was confirmed. Very little wait staff working, many frustrated looks on the faces of customers sitting. We ordered basic omelets hopping that ordering basic dishes wouldn't take that long. 45 minutes later our plates came out, cool to the touch. I would have returned the cold food, but we didn't want to risk it taking another 45 minutes to be returned. I can't blame the staff, they looked frustrated as well and were working hard. It is the Management that is obviously doing something wrong here. Shortage in workers? Maybe. But to wait 40 minutes to sit down then another another 45mins for an omelette is a little ridiculous (to put it nicely). If you don't have 1.5 to 2 hrs to waste, I strongly recommend that you look at alternatives Locations to eat. On the positive side, the floor staff was friendly, obviously hard workers trying their best with the 4 wait staff they only had on a Sunday morning. The food had good taste, even though it was served cool, and the coffee was decent.
Shrimp and grits was great. The portion size was a good size, especially for someone who like me who eats small amounts of food. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a meal. Would definitely go back.
Food was good. Service was good. A few issue ....... bathroom (men's) a bit messy; trash can over full and dish rag on floor next to toilet........staff except waitress seemed invisible to customers; no welcoming or thanks for coming in from front door staff.
The praline waffle was the best waffle I ever had. Omlets are delicious. Great service and free Beignets on your fist visit
So disappointed. Staff was so friendly. Place is clean. Food looks great but unfortunately waited 40 minutes for cold food. They need to work on communication in the back. The manager was so sweet and took care of it and gave us hot food and boxes to go since we needed to catch an appointment.
Great food, really well prepared & super nice people. More coffee options would be a great addition.
One of the best servers I have had in a long time! Super attentive on a Sunday morning brunch. I only wish the restaurant had more selections for breakfast. Somewhat limited, but very clean environment
Thank you for taking the time to write this review and share your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you had exceptional service.
Very good Breakfast/brunch restaurant. It's a nice cozy place to eat. Very good customer service. Food is amazing. Only negative is the parking. I highly recommend this restaurant. Shrimp and grits is my favorite.
Very professional and friendly staff...the pecan praline waffle was simply delicious.

Great place to visit with family and or friends abs enjoy delicious gluten free pancakes or omelets!!! One of my Favorite spots.
The food was amazing! This was my first time ever eating at this place, and the service was great!!! The waitress brought us drinks on time and made us feel right at home.... Not to mention the manager even came around to the tables and picked up empty plates!!!! I've never seen that before during a dining experience! Great job guys and keep up the good work!
We're so happy Another Broken Egg Cafe could provide a great start to your day!
Solid small breakfast feel with friendly casual service. The food is decent and average price. The atmosphere is simple and casual making it a comfortable place which matches the food very well. Service is simple with no frills and can be a little slow. They also take of care of veterans on veterans day by giving them a free french toast breakfast which is very nice. For that reason alone everyone should try this place.
So this has been one of our favorite places to go for brunch. But our last time on Oct 20 was atrocious. Not up to the standards we have come to expect. We had to wait half an hour to be seated... Not a problem but then we had to wait an hour for our food. My dad almost didn't his coffee or refill. The food seemed like it had been sitting out for half an hour before being brought to us and it didn't taste as good. When we left there were many open tables but still a line outside. I thought about telling the people waiting they were wasting their e time and to go to somewhere else. I hope this changes quickly as we have loved this restaraunt
