I have had it with this establishment! 3 out of the past 3 times I have gone to get take out, they have screwed up the order so bad!!! 1st visit- turkey club. Get home to eat (I haven't eaten all day and am starved) my turkey club was so full of mayonnaise it literally spilled out of the sandwich. It was so soggy that the bread wouldn't stick to the meat. Saturday August 27th our family went to the Arbys location in Durham on N. Roxboro st. we order our food @ 11:40 am and by 11:55 finally got it. we sit down and open up the food and 2 of the sandwiches are wrong... we go back up there (where there's another man who had been waiting for his order to be corrected was still standing there after 5 minutes) to let them know it wasn't right, once asked where the manager was NO ONE stepped forward and NO ONE answered! so i was waiting,...read full review

Arby's serves great food with excellent service. Their gyros are a highlight, and the market fresh turkey sandwich and Mozzarella sticks are also delicious. The drive-thru is convenient, although there may be a short wait. The restaurant is kid-friendly, easily accessible for wheelchairs, and has clean restrooms. The staff is professional, and the food is fresh and hot.
