My chicken sandwich was raw!!!! They said they were sorry but it really didn’t seem like it. Then I had to ask for the refund. You served someone raw meat you should have actually acted like you felt bad.

N roxboro, always go to this Arby's. First time I have ever gotten burnt dry and old french fries!! I'm very disappointed in the service I received on 3 August 24. You young folks have to do a better job!!!
My girlfriend stopped on the way home to get some food for us, my French dip was great, however her roast beef was not, it was old and had obviously been sitting in a pan or whatever it’s stored in for longer than it should have been, by the time I noticed her sandwich, she had already ate a quarter of it, within minutes she was sick, the meat was disgusting, it was dark and almost rubber like, she got food poisoning as a result. She missed a day of work because of your staffs neglect to properly maintain your food. I will never do business with this location again. No offer will suffice, as it took money out of my pocket and not only mine she is now short on a day of work. Terrible, would never recommend
