I love Arby's food but our location on Roxboro Rd the food and service used to be better . Our fries were barely warm and way to crunchy. They made me drive up and I waited way to long to get our food. No wonder our fries were almost cold.
Order online we ate in we order fries& burgers they were not cooked well the edges was hard the middle was pink not cooked the fries was cold very disappointed with both our meals.

So it's Arby's, nothing super exciting, this place isn't unique in any way from any other Arby's. The food is consistent, and if you like Arby's, you'll like the food here.
Service is really good, I use the drive thru, and most of the employees are cheerful. Only a few seem like they hate life which makes me think that Arby's pays somewhere between minimum and a living wage?
The location is a little hard to get in and out of, especially in rush hour. You have to hit this place at the right time. Overall, would recommend.

Went through the drive-through on the evening of 3.27. That guy working the drive- through was on it! Efficient, courteous, and moved customers right on through. Awesome service.
