Was out of coca-cola when I visited, plus they forgot the Cheese Sauce on my Beef N' Cheddar, which is the reason I order my sandwich. I would have returned it, but it's out of my way. Disappointed in my meal.

I had an awesome worker on the speaker at the drive-thru and when I made it to the window I wanted to let him know that he gave me wonderful grade a customer service and his manager said out loud in front of everybody oh don't get used to it instead of saying oh nice job to him if you were going to embarrass him and say stuff out loud that's what she should have told him instead of cutting him down other than that everything was great

The food is always very good,,, but I forgot to ask for the horsey sauce and Arby's sauce and they didn't ask me if I wanted any. I didn't realize that there wasn't any condiments until I got home. The Arby's sandwiches always taste better with horsey sauce or Arby's sauce. But we drove out of our way just to go there and there was no way that we were going to drive all the way back to get condiments. Moral of the story? Always be sure to ask for the condiments. Lol.

They let me down today. My sandwich was smashed and the roast beef was cut thick like 3 times the usual width. Plus the sandwich top bun was blackened.

First off why advertise something you don't even have yet? Wanted to try the cinnamon caramel milkshake was told it's not in stock yet we don't have it. My french fries were in-between half cooked and half raw, my boyfriend's sandwich meat was raw and pink and completely inedible. There was two people already in line waiting for their food when we arrived and I'm not sure how long they had been waiting but I'm guessing it was a while because they were angry once they got their food. I don't even know how they stay open to be honest.

This branch is in a great location with no dine-in. The curly fries were over cooked and almost fully burnt and soaked in old oil.

Tried the fish wrap for the first time, asked for it to be cooked fresh. Very flavorful! The service was great and even though i asked for it fresh and told them I’ll pull up and wait, didn’t seem that long ?……most places won’t even honor that, I’ve had places say, it’s already cooked fresh or we have it coming up now and that not be the case…. He remembered my condiments and gave me the beverage with the fresh hot food!! great place??

I'm not really sure why I even attempt to go here anymore. Last time I went, the wait was about 15 minutes long and the food was cold and tasteless by the time I received it. This time I didn't even get that far, because 45 minutes had passed from the time I ordered with two cars still ahead of me before I decided to cut my losses and leave before I started to eat parts of my vehicle out of sheer desperation. I get that staffing fast food places has been rough lately on account of these places not wanting to give anyone a decent wage, but there are 7 other fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this Arby's and I have never waited more than 15 minutes at any of them. This Arby's seriously needs a major procedural overhaul, or to just close down at this point, because it has been steadily going downhill for over a decade now and I just don't think there's any hope for this place to even achieve the bare minimum of what people expect from a fast food restaurant, which is literally just 'food', (reasonably) 'fast'.
