This my 3rd fries purchase from this store and all of 3 fries were barely warm. Probably cooked minimum 10 minutes ago.I am asking store manager how he feels if he never gets a fresh cooked hot fries from a store he visits regulary.You cant serve old fries to customers , they need to be disposed

I ordered two crispy chicken wraps. The chicken was more like strips. Very little lettuce and ranch dressing. The cashier/ server was very nice and accommodating. I would hesitate ordering the wrap but would consider eating here again if in the area.
Whenever I take my wife from the RTP area to Walmart on 54; I stop at this Arby's late afternoon/ earley evening so she can get a French Dip from Donnie; the drive through cashier. I never liked drive throughs, but Donnie is so empathetic, happy and cheerful ; he makes my wifeso happy to still be alive.She has cancer.

A little confusion getting out order, otherwise it was okay.Our food was good, asked for fries w/out salt and that was fine too. We got unsweetened tea and they had no sugar substitute in house at all, only regular sugar packs. Sad face.
