DONT GO HERE! Waste of money!! Staff was polite but the pretzel 🥨 and pretzel bites are DISGUSTING!!! I ordered pepperoni nuggets with cheese only and it was burnt! No cheese at all and I waited 10 minutes for this. The dough just was nasty altogether. Such a waste of money and disappointment. I’ve had auntie Ann’s before and it was NOTHING like this!

TL;DR I love pretzels, but the service is appalling.
I came to the store to buy a pretzel and had gotten the gift certificate deal that I got an email about. I tried redeeming the $5 reward that came with the gift certificate deal and the employee was not able to figure it out. She had to call someone on the phone and after 5 minutes, she could not redeem it.
In the end, I had to figure it out by messing with the kiosk.
Then, I wanted to use my gift certificate to pay to the remainder and the employee said, "It doesn't work. It's only 2 dollars. It's only 2 dollars," as if I should just pay for it and move on. What's the point of buying a gift certificate if I can't redeem it?
Food is great, but it was horrendous service and now I'm stuck with a gift certificate I can't redeem.

Hanging out at the mall today and wanted Auntie Anne's and I will say first off, the staff was fantastic. They greeted me with a smile. They were actually the only people that spoke, smiled and acted like they wanted o be at work after going into several stores without even a nod and smile let alone a " hello". In this day and age where customer service doesn't exist, I definitely appreciate the staff.
