I'm not sure what the girl name is but she's short , kinda thicker and either hispanic or mixed. Beautiful girl but nasty attitude and acted like she only needed to move on her time. Her coworkers we're trying to reason with her but her custome service is horrible. I will be getting pretzel downstairs from now on.

Horrible. Pretzel was awful. Hardly any salt and it was dry. Probably sat out awhile. To top it off dipping sauces were expensive. SheetZ has better pretzels

Zenas is one of the most friendliest and best customer service experience I have received. I highly recommend visiting this store and having some yummy pretzels
My husband asked for a pretzel, a dip, and a drink. I also asked for a pretzel, a dip, and a drink. This turned out to be absolutely TOO MUCH to handle for the staff here.Added bonus on top: when I gave my drink order, a staff member in the back dramatically gagged and said, “I hate that drink! It’s so gross!”

I orders online expecting it to be fast and it turned out for the wait to be longer and to top it off I ordered 4 sauce and got charged for them and I didn't end up getting any sauce I love auntie Annies but mann the service is so slow unbelievable

At the mall, Auntie Anne will likely be there. I only eat Almond Pretzel. If there is none, I will not have any pretzel. I was promised that the one almond pretzel available is still good, but it was hard.
