Stopped in tonight and neither of the employees acknowledged me. Neither greeted me, asked me what I would like or told me that they would be right with me. I stood as the register for a couple of minutes waiting for the cashier to finish sorting a pile of receipts…a group then walked in and were greeted twice with smiles/laughs. I then left and went to a different tea shop. Sadly even as convenient as this place is due to the lack of at least decent customer service I will not be returning.

Had a lovely experience with Lauren who recommended the taro slushie which is definitely my new favorite! They had just gotten through a big rush and were out of a lot of ingredients, but they were very knowledgeable about tasty alternatives for us and for the other customers. I'll definitely be back for more taro slushies!

I came with my partner on a Saturday night because we noticed this boba shop was close to the mall we were at. When we came, we were the only guests there so we got our order very quickly. The ambiance was very cute and cozy - the chairs there were very low to the ground but very comfortable. We ordered the brown sugar milk tea which my partner found too sweet, but I loved it because I love sweet things! There were lots of snacks on the menu that I would love to try next time we're in the area!

Bapu is an authentic boba teahouse nestled in a harris teeter shopping center with a a TON of options. I tried the peach butterfly tea with lychee popping boba. Have fun!

very cute boba shop. service was great and the cashier was patient and recommended us drinks. the chairs are low and may be hard to get up from. but they are very comfy. The menu is small and sweet with lots of customization. we got the dalgona coffee with boba and a passionfruit with mixed jelly.

Foul tasting Thai tea. I had visited this store a handful of times and had always gotten the mango drink - which is tasty. Visited with two friends most recently, we got the Vietnamese coffee, Coconut coffee, and the Thai tea. The first two drinks were serviceable, but that Thai Tea was FOUL. It tasted spoiled, like moldy dish water. So strange! The store itself and the employees are excellent, but that Thai Tea was unforgivable. Thought I was going to have food poisoning from it.
