Love this bar!! The owners and staff are great. The beer selection covers all bases so there is always something for everyone. Also the events (trivia, book club, etc.) are super fun! If you like beer and you like dogs, I would recommend this place!

Highly recommend! This is a great casual spot to meet a friend for drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly. The beer/cider options change frequently and there are options for everyone. They welcome dogs, which is one of the best things about Barley Labs.

Oh how I love barley labs! Ever since moving to this neighborhood and getting a pup barley labs has been my favorite haunt. Their selection of ciders is good, the treats they have for the pups is wonderful. I love the carabiners they have so we let's the dogs be dogs without our hands tied. They always have fun events going on and I'm super excited to support this local business. Their Halloween pup party was wonderful extravaganza of dressed up pups and humans and good conversations. My pup loves it when we visit and writing this review reminds me that I should head there soon. The ambience is super chill and a good place for me to work on training my pup to be a good citizen.

This place was a gem. I was able to have the best chi tea cider and bring my dog. They make their own dog treats that were a hit with all the pub pups.

Always a great (varied) beer selection.... mostly from NC! Cute furkids usually here.... come with your pup or without! Hint.... try the pimento cheese snack pack in the fridge. They also have a good (locally made) collar selection! Always friendly folks here!

Went here earlier this year and it was a neat place. They love dogs and the bartender was awesome. She gave me some stuff to try since I wasn't familiar with some of the beers and was extremely helpful.

You will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming place. Every visit to Barley Labs has been great and you'll feel like a regular by your second visit. They always have a great lineup of beers and ciders that include a few darker options which I REALLY appreciate. Almost everywhere else seems to think you can only drink IPAs and pale ales when the temperature makes it over 65. Our dog also loves to visit and enjoys collecting pets from everyone (dogs come 2nd place to him over people). :) Since they are less than 10mins from our house, I hope they are here for years to come!
