The service was very poor. Although I was the onlyperson in line the associate had no time to explain the difference in the menu items as I was requesting. Not the experience I'm used to from this DD in the past years when I worked at Duke.

Zero service. The place was almost completely empty. There were two cars waiting at the drive-thru window. I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and none of the three employees I saw even acknowledged my presence. One of them was just standing there doing nothing. I walked out and will not return.

Rude and incompetent staff. I ordered a birthday ice cream pie, selected a date and time for pickup, and received a confirmation email. When I went to pick it up they had not even started putting it together. The girl helping me was completely rude like it was my fault the pie wasn't ready. It took another 24 hours for the order to be completed. I barely made it in time for the birthday party. With all the 1 star reviews, it's a wonderful this place is still in business.

Super rude and impatient staff. More intetested in arguing than taking orders. I had to wait 30+ minutes just to order a shake. Staff only seemed inteterested in helping their friends when they showed up. I also had to have a back and forth argument about them not honouring the prices they have posted for 2+ minutes.

Very rude employee lady today working on the drive through…awful customer service. How can you be so upset with so much ice cream around? This is why Brewsters and Coldstone practically have exterminated Baskin Robins. Will never go back.

went in with girlfriend, I ordered one simple large coffee with creamer, one small mango banana smoothie. Very simple order. time Saturday at 2:30 there was two people sitting at a both. No one was in the drive through. The cashier which we found out after was the manager, horrible attitude. it was not rush hour there wasn't anyone else a Hard time. We sat down and our order was wrong. We tired getting it correct, we were told "we make what your ordered and What's in the receipt" We got our receipt and it clearly read our order. So we just asked for a refund and the manager did not want to talk to us so she had her employee give us the refund. We asked for a full refund we got a refund for the coffee, we never got it for the smoothie. we never got the smoothie. We had to go back and ask for it. the manager was not Professional, I understand it's costumer service it's can be stressful but we weren't there during rush hour. The whole time the manager had a attitude. A door dash person walked in and told us, "the manager always gives her a hard time". I was told from friends from school to avoid that one. Well I should have listen spreading the word to friends not to go there not worth.

We've been to this Dunkin/baskin robbins many times before but their service is just deteriorating. After paying almost $6 for a drink, I realized on my way home on the highway that my drink is almost half empty - and I didn't even have a sip of it. That should not be okay!! The people that work here are also very rude. I've given them so many chances, but I won't be coming here any longer.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I requested a mango smoothie not a mango ice drink. Did not receive a receipt, had to turn around and go get a refund.

Such a convenient location but rude staff and absurd policies as always! New closing time is 8pm, but I went at 6:15pm and the lobby was closed—drive thru only. Since I walked there, I asked if there was any way to order. Staff member told me no, you have to have a car. So ridiculous, as I was right there and all I wanted was a cone (and I said that)—could’ve just walked it to the door really quick. And nowhere is this whacko policy posted. It has been a while since I have been to this establishment because the employees are always so rude and the food is always burnt, but I thought it had been long enough and since I was just getting a cone they couldn’t burn anything. Silly of me to have expected a decent dining experience, or even to be allowed to order in the first place

I went today with my kids this was our first time coming here the floors were slippery I was hoping that this place was gonna be a hit for us but it was a complete miss the staff was absolutely rude and except for one guy serving us no wonder there were a few people me and my kids will not be coming back.

Extremely rude staff. We weren’t even in the door 30 seconds and weren’t allowed to look at the icecream flavors we were told to go to the register and pay first. Half of the flavors were either almost empty or looked melted. Whole time we were seated they were complaining behind the counter to themselves.
