We had a cheer competition in the Raleigh area and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted ice cream and not just plain ole soft serve. We found this Ben & Jerry’s on the map and headed there. The service was great. My kids loved the ice cream and dipped cones. It was very pricey, I think I ended up spending close to $50 for 4 waffle cones. Other than that, it was great.

I got the cookie & cream sundae w the chocolate chip cookies and the cookies was extremely hard to the point when the ice cream melted the cookie was still hard and uneatable. I was mad because i wanted something different and the sundae was not good!!
Ben & Jerry's is great. 3 stars because the girl who served us had a bad attitude. Really bad.

Bad experience. The dude was on his phone and was so immersed he wouldn't even respond to me asking for help twice. Then he gave us the smallest amount of sprinkles ever. Then when we asked for more sprinkles they charged us $2 when we really just ended up with what is a normal amount of sprinkles. Overpriced and bad service.
