They were already out of pastries mid-morning. Coffee was less than average tasting. And sadly, they only had one person taking orders and making coffee. The place looked as if they were on their last day.

Coffee is fine, employee was downright rude and unprofessional. She responded to everything with attitude and was annoyed at questions. She must have also worked yesterday because that review is the same experience I had. Actually may be the worst customer service experience of mine. If she doesn’t change up her attitude, they’re going to end up losing a lot of business.

The drinks were good but the barista was honestly so incredibly rude. She stared at us the entire time we were there and every time I asked a simple question she replied very short and blunt. It made the experience awful and I’ll definitely never be back. It was so awkward and wierd… I tell all my friends to go here but I think I’ll stick away from this location

We had read the review and appeared a place to try. We were disappointed with the poor customer experience and others who arrived after us the waiter took their order and we set the for almost 30 mins.
Waiter missed out on a generous tip.
I’ll never go there again and wouldn’t recommend them.

First time visiting the box yard and I had been wanting to try beyu caffe for a while! Inett took my sister and I's orders and made our drinks (caramello & iced chai) and they were the best verisions of those drinks we had ever had! Inett was super sweet also! :) We studied here for the day and it was such a nice atmosphere! definitely going to make this my regular study and coffee place!

First of all, the coffee is delicious. But... I wanted a hot latte and got an iced latte. I didn't say anything. It's not in my nature to make a fuss. Then I went to pay with cash and was told I could not do so because there was no cash drawer. So for me, I will never return.

We grabbed a bearclaw, an iced Carver's Peanut Butter latte and a hot Turtle Mocha latte from here on the way from Durham to Raleigh. Loved the lattes but the bearclaw was just okay.
